- LSlorenzo SaliardApr 28, 20261.0Front desk is nice and the app are helpful while waiting on repair. The body techs suck. Came in with lower rear end damage to my car. First time I came to pick it up the passenger side of the rear bumper cover was loose and sticking out. It was left there for another 6 days just to pick it up with the same problem, but now the same area is push in and not aligned with the quarter where it meets. After talking to the service manager and showing him the problem he said there's no way to fix it. Not to mention over spray between my doors, paint runs, and new scratches on the car that wasn't there before I dropped the car of to this shop. $2800.00 for a used rear bumper cover and paint is a rip off. Took the car to another shop that fixed the problem in 4 hours. This shop is inexperience and need help because the work putting out is garbage.

He told me up front what days he does updates on, and even though I wasn't able to answer my phone because I was at work, he left detailed messages. While I hope I dont need any more work on any of my cards, this would be the place that I go to. Rich and his team were amazing. And my car looks great!!
