  I had a great experience with Gerber Collision on Atlantic in Jacksonville. When I called customer service, the representative was professional, patient, and helpful. They answered my questions clearly and made the process feel smooth from the beginning. When I arrived the next day, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The staff explained everything in detail so I understood the repair process and timeline. I really appreciated how organized and fast the service was. The whole team made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Overall, excellent customer service and a very positive experience.
