  It was a terrible experience! It took over 5 hours to put a battery in. JR kept saying it'll be ready shortly he never checked after being there 4 1/2 hours I was told human error that the battery was never put in. Mind you I was sent a text 4 hours earlier saying they were putting the battery in. They were rude and got upset with me when I expressed my frustration with a loud voice. The manager never said anything to JR for his part in me wsiting all that time. When I left they didn't give me any paperwork. Terrible service!!!!!!

  I think the service was good. I went in for an oil change and I was in and out in about an hour. This time I was greeted by an associate so I appreciated that. My car was brought to where the cars are physically serviced immediately. They took a video of the pre inspection of the engine and under body prior to the oil change and I could view the video before the car was finished via link in text. That was very helpful. My only complaint is that my seat was adjusted tremendously. I am ok with movement forward and backward due to leg length but it seemed like they adjusted the seat to how they would want their car on a daily basis. This might seem small to some but unnecessary in my opinion.

  Great experience buying a new Lyriq with Fields Cadillac in Jacksonville. We drive all the way up from Naples because they offered a great price and a fair value for our trade. Our sales rep Kevin was awesome and worked with us to get the right vehicle. I highly recommend Fields Cadillac and Kevin if you are looking for a vehicle. Also thank you to Dennis the sales manager for making us feel comfortable with the purchase.

They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Tony in finance was exceptional as well. He made what can often be the most stressful part of buying a vehicle feel easy and transparent. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I got the best possible options. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
