- GPG PMar 9, 20262.0This location USED to be excellent; however, the last time I went there was all new staff.. NO one left from previous visits. While that in itself isn’t terrible (but curious as to why there was such a large employee turnover) what concerned me more was that it literally took 4 minutes to do my oil change. Yes, it’s called EXPRESS for a reason, but I honestly don’t believe they changed my oil at all. Usually they evacuate the old oil with a suction machine and replace with new oil (due to the make of my vehicle); however, they didn’t do that this time - and when I questioned the tech he said my vehicle’s model year was excluded and ‘not necessary’. Ok… then… when he was done he didn’t show me the oil stick with clean oil … they have ALWAYS done that! It was my fault that I didn’t pay more attention and push for the standard that I’m accustomed to at this location, but I was honestly so surprised that it was done so quickly and they were ‘hurrying me out’ that I just did what I was told. I did find it interesting that NO CUSTOMERS were in any of the service bays when I arrived.. I found that surprising since this location stay consistently busy. Looking back I can understand WHY there were no customers, if they treat other customers like they treated me… and I will not return to this location.
