  I had a very serious issue with Enterprise Truck Rental that caused major damage to my business. During my rental, the truck had multiple mechanical problems, including battery failures and a confirmed brake issue. A mechanic clearly stated that this condition could not have developed during my rental period. Despite contacting the branch multiple times and speaking with both staff and management, no real help was provided: • No replacement truck was offered • No urgency despite an expedited shipment • No follow-up from management I was left without a working truck for several days while repairs were repeatedly delayed with no clear timeline. On top of that, I was incorrectly charged for roadside service that should have been covered by Enterprise. Because of this situation, I had to spend over $3,800 out of pocket just to continue operations and avoid failing my customer. This is unacceptable for a company of this size, especially when dealing with business clients who rely on timely service. I hope Enterprise corporate reviews this situation and takes responsibility.
