  I had a very frustrating experience with this location initially. I called at 11 AM to confirm a vehicle was available that met my warranty stipulations and was quoted $40/day. I was told to come in at 4 PM and that a car would be set aside for me. However, upon arrival, I was told they had no cars left, forcing me to find a ride home. When I returned the next day, the service was disorganized. I was quoted a higher rate ($45/day instead of the confirmed $40), told my reservation details were missing, and pressured to pay a $125 young driver's fee, which my warranty provider has never required in the past. Additionally, they only booked the rental for 4 days despite my warranty covering 7. However, I want to highlight that my experience upon returning the vehicle was much better. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone (tall with dreads) was very helpful, and the two employees working the day I returned the car made the process quick and easy. One of them looks like Max Christie and the other guy was dark skin and bald. They did eventually waive the young driver’s fee and honor the $40 rate, but the initial inconvenience of being stranded without a vehicle was very off-putting. I appreciate the staff who helped me at the end, but the booking process needs some improvement.

  Enterprise has GONE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been renting from Enterprise for over 15 years and have never used another company. Today is the LAST time I will ever use them. I had a reservation I made weeks prior online and when I arrived to pick up my car today the guy made us wait for 40 minutes only to tell us all he had for us was a smoked in, smelly dirty car, all the while allowing us to look at other vehicles only to be told they weren't available. They played with us and were not honest (he was obviously waiting for something else to be returned as we waited??!) and I would not recomend this location or Enterprise at all. We didn't receive an apology as we walked out 40 minutes later after waiting around and finally found a car at Budget by driving to the airport and overpaying. WHAT A PAIN!

  Absolutely terrible car and customer experience. The alignment on the van was so off that it was dangerous to drive. I called over 12 times and the manager Nick emailed me said he was going to call back and never did. Pathetic support never rent from here

  They got my reservation from the insurance company on 4/13. It is now 4/16 and they still don't have a car for me. They offered me a truck, but said I would have to pay the difference. Now they're not answering the phone.
