  If you’re looking for a rental car, don’t bother with this enterprise. Regularly practice overbooking and do not honor reservations. Made a reservation in advance only to be called 27 minutes before pick up that there was 0 availability.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise at 8341 Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville. The entire team was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. They made the rental quick and easy, and the vehicle was clean, reliable, and ready when I arrived. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how the staff made sure everything was taken care of before I left. It’s clear the whole team works hard to make sure customers have a smooth and positive experience. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for a dependable rental and great service. Thank you to the entire team at 8341 Atlantic Blvd for doing such a great job!

  Outstanding service from Will Kelleher at the Woodland Acres location! I had a fantastic experience at this Enterprise location. I needed a specific SUV size and type for a conference trip recently, and the Branch Manager, Will Kelleher, made the entire process incredibly easy. From the pre-reservation details to the final drop-off, Will was professional, proactive, and went out of his way to ensure the vehicle met all my requirements for the trip. It’s rare to find this level of personalized service at a rental branch. The SUV was spotless and ready to go the moment I arrived. I’ll definitely be using the Woodland Acres branch for all my future local rental needs. Highly recommended!
