  I needed a car since mine needed repairs. My 2 day rental turned into a 2 week rental. Jacob at Southside Enterprise did an awesome job getting me a car and showing me how to use all the bells and whistles I am not used to. I will use them again.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I was attempting to exchange a vehicle that smelled like smoke, which I had for less than a day, through Enterprise. The Southside location was the only one able to accommodate a swap due to limited availability, so I rushed there from the St. Augustine/Nocatee area. When I arrived, I was told that the representative wanted to file a claim through my insurance for physical damage I did not cause to this smoky smelling Chevy Malibu. Customers should be aware of this kind of unethical practice. The entire situation was a waste of time. I eventually returned to the original Cassat Avenue location, where they resolved the issue and provided me with an upgrade due to the poor experience at Southside. What should have been a quick swap turned into a three-hour ordeal, requiring me to drive between multiple locations in rush-hour traffic. Overall, my experience with the Southside location was extremely disappointing.

  I was initially given a vehicle that had a strong cigarette smoke odor. I exchanged it, but the second car also smelled of smoke and was noticeably dirty. Additionally, the cruise control was not functioning. The entire process of obtaining a replacement vehicle took about an hour, and waiting any longer would have caused me to be late for a work function in West Palm Beach. Upon arrival, I was responsible for transporting coworkers who had flown in, and the smoke odor in the vehicle was unacceptable for them as well. I then visited two different Enterprise locations in an effort to resolve the issue and was ultimately provided with another car. Unfortunately, this replacement had a noticeable mold smell, was significantly smaller than the standard vehicle I had reserved, and was also unclean. To make matters worse, the air vent in this vehicle was broken. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, functionality, or the class of vehicle reserved.

  Jacob and Amanda are both the true MVP of the southside blvd location. Although Amanda is no longer there they both deserve to take their skills of professionalism to the next level. They are the reason I continue to rent from Enterprise. I never had a problem extending or swapping out vehicles if the one I was in needed service. Every part of my experience has been nothing but phenomenal
