I paid extra to have tire shine added to my tires due to Employee upselling in the area where the car washes are purchased. At the end of the car wash, my wife noticed that the tire shine mechanism was not working on the passenger side of the vehicle. I brought this to the attention of the associates in the building and he said that he was aware of the issue. I asked why were you still selling this feature if it wasn’t working to which he had no answer. This is false advertisement and a deceptive practice. If they are aware that the equipment is broken, they should notify each and every customer about the issue before offering the service but instead they continued to upsell their product . I don’t recommend anybody using a company that knowingly sells a defective product. This is definitely my last visit to your car wash. .

Before leaving, we even had a good laugh about my driving skills after I clipped the curb and scratched my rim—but despite that, my car still came out sparkling. Thanks, Phil!
