I come to the car wash to talk to someone to see if I can use there vacuums and Mr.Dwayne was so nice and let me use the vacuums without having to make a payment . Shoutout to all the workers ! 🤗🤗
- MVM. Venega5 days ago1.0Worst experience coming to the car wash today. The so-called assistant manager didn’t want to give me his name when he was very rude when I arrived. Telling me I pulled into the wrong lane and I’m not a member when I’m clearly a member. Being nasty telling me I have to back out, Almost causing an accident because I had to reverse going into another lane . When he could’ve helped me in that lane since I am A member ! Then giving me a very hard time looking up my account. Telling me I have the wrong tag when it’s a brand new vehicle That had the paper tag before. .I have an express pass sticker on my car, plus I have the app, So he could clearly see that I was a member ! Your car wash display is broken , And you have this jerk working for you that is Being aggressive! You shouldn’t have people that are aggressive working for you. I was telling the manager about his attitude and he comes running to me arguing back and aggressive again. I told him he better back up before I call the police. You’re going to have a lawsuit if you have aggressive people working for you ! Especially to a woman ! ! I’m canceling my car wash membership because I don’t expect to pay for a monthly service to get harassed from a worker! Bad business and bad customer service! If you keep this guy on you’re looking for a lawsuit Have an aggressive man like that on property harassing women!

I was having an issue with my membership and already having a frustrated day, he made it much better. he fixed the issue, he was super kind, professional, patient and customer friendly. Also very Knowledgeable, he explained in detail, what was going on and in a way i could understand, I appreciate that. definitely keep him on the team!! He's an asset for sure! I visit alot of whistles but this one is my new favorite. I left with a smile on my face!! Go see Brandon tell him Teia sent you... p.s. He wont know who i am lol Thanks Brandon!!
- JRJohnathan ReeseDec 22, 20251.0If you ever want to get your car washed here... Don't. The employees are good the actual management is atrocious. Water spots all over your car if you don't dry it yourself, The tunnel isn't well maintained so if you're worried about scratches you should be. Never have I seen employees do more work then management and they're not even getting paid for it. Save yourself some money and go wash somewhere else. If you do decide to waste your money here, Double check your receipt, So you don't get random reoccurring charges for a monthly you didn't buy.
