  Used to be my favorite place to wash my cars. But they changed their policy no more free vacuumes as well as they won’t wash my damaged car. They used to do it all an I’m a member. I will be canceling my membership today. Thanks for becoming an inconvenience. An y’all have new employees who don’t know regular customers a they don’t know the rules was not always that. Teach ur employees to know that it was a change n policy

  I loved this car wash until one day I was using the window cleaner which I always do and it crystallized my tint and turned my hands red and made them feel like plastic the lady inside did a report and took pictures of my cars tint that was new she said the manager would call but he never did and every time I go to talk to him he’s busy or not there

  First and for most I always have a great experience here and Dee is absolutely fantastic as always, Tyler however was extremely flippant and disrespectful when I simply asked him to retract the brushes before the wash started as my car is quite old and the paint is in immaculate condition. I’ve been using you guys since you opened for all of my cars and often refer friends and family here as well and I’m only so inclined to write a negative review as I’ve have had nothing but amazing customer service before this event. I understand he may have made an honest mistake so I attempted to speak with him with respect and dignity where I was brushed off and told to “leave a bad review”… I will remain a loyal customer as one bad egg doesn’t spoil the quality of pervious experiences however moving forward I refuse to engage with someone of Tyler’s demeanor nor attitude.

  I stopped by for the first time recently and had such an unexpectedly solid experience that I’d happily give it five stars. From the moment I pulled up, the place seemed well run and organized, with clear signage and staff who greeted me right away and explained the wash options without being pushy. The wash itself was fast but thorough, and when I used the free vacuums and cleaning stations afterward, it was easy to get the interior looking just as good as the outside, which made the whole trip feel like a great value. What really stood out was how clean and well-maintained everything felt, the lanes, equipment, and even the little extras like towels and suction stations were in good shape, which isn’t something you always see at car washes. The staff stayed friendly the whole time and made the process smooth, which kept the experience stress-free. By the time I drove off, my car honestly looked better than expected, so I’ll definitely be back next time I need a wash. If you’re in Jacksonville and want a quick, easy wash that gets great results without a hassle, this location is worth checking out, especially if you’re in a rush but still want your car to come out looking good.

  this is the best car Wash in Jacksonville. When I go there I actually feel like I am staff or this is just OUR personal car wash, I mean you can pull up vacuum and use the chemicals free and I mean who does that. Don the manager is a great guy m, you would not know he was the manager unless you asked. He works right along beside his guys. We are fortunate to have such a diamond in the ruf. Kudos to Don and his staff.
