  I purchased a used minivan from them, and it had been rigged up to work what it seems to be temporarily. Just a few months later and now we are noticing all the oil leaks and things that it had. We had to pay to replace a few parts and it's still giving us issues. Maybe their new vehicles are good but I would stay away from their used car lot.

  I’ve interacted with three different service advisors at this location, and all of them have been very respectful and professional. My most recent experience was with Tom, who did an excellent job providing great customer service. He made sure my Lyft rides were scheduled on time, patiently answered all my questions (as a 2023 Venue owner), ordered the necessary parts promptly, and provided a detailed service report that even included a video. I’d rate him and the service he provided a solid 10/10. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the detailing service before the paint protection application—it wasn’t done thoroughly, and some dirty spots were left behind. A second visit was scheduled to replace the parts and reapply the paint protection. Afterward, Tom even showed me a video explaining how to identify when the paint protection has been properly applied, which I appreciated. And this time they did an excellent job including interior detailing. Lastly, as I mentioned in a previous review, the facility itself could use an update. Other dealerships, such as Hyundai Orange Park and Toyota, have more modern service areas with amenities like beverages, free snacks and new chairs. About the car reliability I only have two years and 22k miles driving, so I do not have complaints so far. Two issues regarding parts replacements (electrical window switch and speaker replacements), covered under warranty. So far, so good…

  This is without a doubt the worst car dealership I've ever heard of or interacted with. I helped my girlfriend trade in her old Rav 4 for a new Sante Fe. Over a month after the car was purchased, her old finance company called her to threaten her. WEST SIDE HYUNDAI NEVER PAID OFF HER OLD CAR. The payments were weeks overdue. Westside Hyundai sent the pay off money to the new finance company, not who held the loan on the Rav 4. It is now 4 months later and she gets a call from West Side Hyundai that her old finance company for the Rav 4 is going to place a lien on her car. ITS STILL NOT PAID OFF 4 MONTHS LATER. This is a trade-in worst nightmare and they still can't get it right. Hopefully we don't have to get a lawyer, but just shop somewhere else. Terrible staff. I can't imagine a worse case scenario, this is it. Troy with the finance department is who called today and basically said "we messed up again, they're placing a lien on your old car. I have no other information".

  My girlfriend Bought a 2025 venue took it in for her free oil change cost her 700.00 came up with all kinds of things 400.00 for 1 tire they tried to charge 187.00 for a 11.00 cabin that took 5 mins to change they scam said battery needed cleaning it’s looks brand new 50 bucks AC system check she didn’t do it’s under warranty I told her go somewhere else Toyota tried to charge me 800 for a part I got for 100 but 400 to change a tire probably a cheap tire and cheap oil 55.00 for shop supplies they stuck it to her and gave her a list of more stuff

Westside Hyundai has the best , friendliest, patient, and professional staff. They like to have fun and laugh with their customers and still get the job done by the end of the day and make sure you get the car you want .They are straight up and on the point when selling you a car . No hidden fees or gimmicks !! They are very understanding with situations you may face in life .So they work with you and come up with payments you choose which one you can afford with your budget. Can’t go wrong with that !! I absolutely love my 2025 Hyundai ELANTRA 😍 She’s a beauty and turns heads every where I go !! I am absolutely thrilled with the features 🥰 My sales man Kendrick explained the awesome features as we went for a test drive (and my car rides so smooth ) ☺️ Push start keyless ignition , 8 inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay that connects with your iPhone (also Android auto ) , Back camera for extra visual for when you’re backing up , horsepower hybrid powertrain 🐎 , did I mention excellent on gas (up to 54 mpg) ⛽️ OMG GAS SAVER !!!! and power windows and lock with driver auto up/down just to name a few . Westside Hyundai is a very big dealership with TONS OF TOP TIER VEHICLES TO CHOOSE FROM !! if I could give them 1,000 starts I would !!! THANK YOU KENDRICK !! He is a fantastic , kind , professional, and patient salesman ,if you are looking for a car go to westside Hyundai and ask for Kendrick !!!! I would most definitely recommend them and will most definitely will be doing business soon again for my daughters’ sweet 16 !! 😊 ALSO THANK YOU KOBY FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND PATIENCE.
