  I have purchased 2 new vehicles here. We have on more than one occasion, been told one thing to later find out something entirely different. My experience with the service department was terrible. 2 out of the 4 times I brought my vehicle in, they did not wash it, nor did they mention this would not be done. One of the times, there were large footprints of mud in the driver floorboard. I will never shop here again.

  The Service Center at Westside Hyundai has been the best I have encountered. I have had many problems with my 2023 Hyundai Tucson since purchasing and the local dealers have not solved the problems. Westside Hyundai has assured me they will be able to pinpoint the problem and solve it once and for all. Only time will tell. If they can't I will certainly update my review. So far our Accent went in for general maintenance and for this they get an A+

  Many dealerships outright refuse or really don’t want to work with outside financing, but Westside Hyundai was willing to work with me on that. I received very courteous service and low pressure from the sales people I spoke with. I would happily purchase a car from them again.

  I wanted to share my experience after purchasing a vehicle from Westside Hyundai. Shortly after delivery, I experienced an intermittent starting issue that required the vehicle to be evaluated by Dodge. While that was stressful, I really appreciate how the situation was handled. Colby (GM) and Traige, my sales advisor, were both very focused on customer satisfaction and stayed involved to make sure I was taken care of. They helped coordinate everything, provided a rental, and the fuel pump was ultimately replaced under warranty, I believe. My interaction with Mike during the transaction itself wasn’t the most pleasant, but the dealership’s overall response afterward made a positive difference. Issues can happen with any vehicle — what matters is how they’re handled — and I do appreciate the effort made to resolve it. One hundred times, Thank you again to Colby and Traige for their support. They truly made a huge difference. Would buy from them again.

  Just want to say how grateful my husband and I are for all of the help and support we had from Vanessa, Traige, Mike H, Mike L, and Colby with trading our car in and buying a new Palisade. We are going through a lot as a family and they genuinely showed how much they cared getting us the best possible deal for our family in this time. Thank you all!
