The manager is friendly and it's clear he knows what he's doing. My experience with Jose was wonderful. He is a very kind person, he knows how to treat customers, inspires confidence, and it's clear that he is very honest, and tells the truth. I recommend it 100%

One of his workers made a threat towards me for being upset when they tryed to tell me that my old filter that was dirty with soot and deposit with 10,000 miles was the new filter for my car! Makes me wonder why he is so upset by a customer who had a bad experience and just wants to make sure the new filter is installed in my $30,000 car excuse me for being concerned about my vehicle? The manager will try to engage you into a fight instead of trying to help and please the customer of 25 years! Then say he will call HR on me and I won't ever be allowed back at valvoline? I am not your co workers I am a paying customer who is easy to please and get along with.
