Nick was very gracious in saying no problem we will get it taken care of right now. Lyz ,in the office, was really a pleasure to speak with. Both of them are bright young employees that the company is really lucky to have. I am so happy I met both of them. This will certainly be our go to Tire location for the future. I brought my beautiful baby into the tire kingdom and I gave him the exact amount of money that they asked for. I did not have not one tire put on this vehicle or fixed on this vehicle. All I asked for was a tuneup. I paid the full amount for the tuneup. Come to find out they put spark plugs in they were for factory made vehicles. This car is as old as my youngest child. His car is a muscle car not a sedan. So, a year later, my beautiful, favorite child, Eleanor, has been fully neglected for a year because Tire Kingdom - Auto a part that should’ve never been put into a high-performance vehicle. Let me promise you one thing, as a female, single mother, that knows what a high-performance vehicle needs, I will never go back to the Tire kingdom for anything. I highly recommend never taking a female to this kind of place if you want her to be treated with dignity and respect, if you have a beautiful Mustang or any kind of high-performance vehicle, study it, because for whatever reason they’re not gonna see you as a person they’re gonna see you as a number. I highly recommend going elsewhere
