  Came in to Tire Kingdom on Normandy with a a screw in my tire on a Sunday, late morning without an appointment. I dropped it off and the managed to work me in without an appointment. I really appreciate what they did, so I wouldn't have to stress about it before going to work the next day. Really appreciate yall taking care of me on short notice!

  First, let me say that life has been life-ing. As a mom juggling life, the last thing I needed was a flat tire on the one day I planned 3 weeks in advance to rest on. Long story short, there was a nail in my tire and I needed it repaired. I have done business with Tire Kingdom before and I took my vehicle to a place I knew. They were having system issues but immediately shifted into a manual check in system that still allowed them to service my vehicle promptly. Every associate in the store was still going above and beyond for every single person there for help. The Tire Kingdom associates treated every person like a family member and did their best to give savings where they could. They did not have my account up and they only knew my first name. They got me all taken care of in record time even though their system was down and said "No charge today". While I was fully prepared to pay my cost, whatever that may have been, Tire Kingdm took care of an unspoken need I quietly held in my heart. That need being: I just need one single win.... Life has been doing a number on me and Tire Kingdom with this small act of kindness gave me a fresh, deep breath. Thank you Tire Kingdom for giving me a win today. I promise to pay it forward!   Tire Kingdom was EXCELLENT! We were traveling through Jacksonville and had a flat—With 15 hours left to drive that day, tire kingdom got us in and repaired and put our car back together in less than an hour. Jesse, at the front desk, was excellent, caring, and we had a great conversation! I would take my vehicle there again if I needed service on a trip!!

  The service was amazing at tire kingdom. I came in there as it was the closest to me and I had a nail on my tire. They took care of me super fast! Great customer service thank you guys so much!!

  Had a bit of an emergency driving as we ran over a bolt in the road on the way to an appointment. This happened to be the closest shop. The staff here was super kind and able to fit us in pretty quick to get that repaired! Super friendly and professional, would come here again
