  Took my car here twice only for them to have issues both times. First they could not get my lugnuts off, stating that my lug nut lock is not the same for all 4 tires when in fact they are the same on all tires. That same visit they only replaced my back tires because they could not get one of my front tires off, believe it was passenger side. My fiancée and father got the lug nuts off the with the same lock I gave Tire Kingdom! I took my car back a couple days ago to replace my front tires finally now that I know the lock is correct for my lug nuts. But now they can’t get my driver side tire off. They told me my wheel is seized to the hub. So I bought the tire for that wheel & told them I would have a friend look it over and see if he could help. My friend jacked my car up, looked in there and noticed that they broke the lugnut lock! Completely snapped it so the lug nut won’t come off. But for two days this location had my car and they were beating my car, heating it up and soaking it in solution to get it off. Nothing worked. They didn’t check to make sure all the lug nuts were off or that they broke one trying to get it off. The employee stated he got all the lug nuts off but that’s a lie; that lugnut won’t come off which is why the wheel won’t come off. My fiancée went up there to get proof or copies of how many lug nuts they removed and they refused to show him anything, they ran up on him and threatened to harm him & then called the police on him! Horrible place to go to! They are rude, incompetent . None of those people know what they are doing there & should not be working on people’s cars. If I could give zero stars, I would!!!! Now I have to call corporate and see if they will resolve the issue.

  Bree (sorry if the name is spelled wrong) . Had a broken wheel stud another shop broke and wasn't able to fix . Called around Bree was able to fit me in that afternoon . Got there , ordered the parts needed and stayed after closing hours to fix the issue . Staff was very friendly . Work was done quickly and effectively. Definitely a location to keep in mind if you need work on your vehicle.

  I came in last minute and received help immediately. The staff were prompt, pleasant and very professional. Shout out to Tabby and Paul you guys are amazing!

  They were slammed on Christmas Eve but they got the job done quick. The staff were very polite and attentive. They made the Holiday not so stressful when we’re already in a rush.

  Highly recommend. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable, direct, and honest. Will be using this tire kingdom for all of my repairs moving forward. Fast and excellent process.
