After my car broke down on the highway and had to be towed, I honestly felt very overwhelmed. But the team at Southside Euro completely turned the situation around. Their customer service was reassuring from the start. They kept me updated, communicated clearly, and made sure every problem was addressed. Shout out to Khristian🥳! He was amazing to work with! From the front desk to the technicians, everyone was professional and genuinely helpful. They resolved all of my car’s issues and delivered results I couldn’t be happier with. - SDSanjar DuganovNov 8, 20252.0I brought my 2010 C-Class in because it had a check engine light and a gasoline leak. The shop diagnosed it as an EVAP system issue and fixed the leak, which is great. They also told me that the vapor canister my car uses has been discontinued by Mercedes, so the only option was to find one through eBay or a third-party seller. That information from the service advisor was helpful and accurate. When I first came in, they even showed me the eBay listing for it, it was priced at $104 and was the only one available. Later, I was quoted $225 plus labor(around 300ish bucks) for the same part, which they said they could order from eBay. Since that was still the only listing(at least that I could find), where did that extra $120 came from? No idea. When I asked for the link, they ghosted me. I ended up buying it myself for $104 and having it replaced. They did good work on the leak and were right about the part being discontinued, 5 stars for that, but the lack of transparency about pricing and the communication afterward was disappointing.

They didn’t even know I was pressed for time to pick my fiancé up and I told her I’d be leaving there by 12 and they got me out by 11:40ish. I was surprised cause they had just taken my E350 to start service and “boom” like that they were done. I’ll be back for sure!
