  My flight into JAX was delayed and Avis voided my rental. When I finally arrived, they had no acceptable vehicles. Sixt was the only counter with an available vehicle, and no line. I rented for less than a day, planning on returning the vehicle for a less expensive rental for the remainder of my stay. All was well until they emailed me a few days later and stated I owed over a $1000 for damage to the drivers door from a left side T-Bone collision that never happened! They provided pictures that do not show any damage. After a little research, I discovered this is sop for Sixt. The company recently paid out big $ for a class action lawsuit and it seems they are up top their old tricks again. Avoid their counter in JAX.

  Had an issue but I would like to highlight two associates Collin at front desk for taking care of the matter expeditiously and Lena for getting me on the road quickly. Had mixed feelings from previous experiences here, but These are the type of associates that will make the company gain a forever customer. From Collin in front to terry in returns all around great experience thank you

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent rental from Sixt Jacksonville. The car they gave me had expired registration and an insurance suspension stop, and I was pulled over by police because of it. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. This vehicle should have never been rented out. Sixt showed clear negligence and put me at risk. I will not be renting from them again.

  Let me be the first to say, the customer service I received was absolutely unmatched. The agent I had the pleasure of working with was The Ronnie (yes, that is his name). With his expertise, he helped me understand which vehicle would really benefit me. He broke down the specs, explained everything clearly, and even recommended that I switch my original car for one that would give me more space and better features. And he was right. It worked out perfectly. This was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with a car rental service. I do not live in Jacksonville, but if I ever come back and need a car, I already know exactly where I am going.

  Alot to share... I would not use this car rental service ever again. We got a car that was INFESTED with cockroaches. We needed to drive 2 plus hours to do a car exchange , and hated to have those roaches among us. We went to a home depot amd got sticky traps and put them in the car the night before we did the exchange. Caught about 30 roaches of all sizes. So we left the tape in the back seat so they could see what we were dealing with, and the had the balls to charge us a cleaning fee for that!! (We did not use the car for the first few days of the rental and used my mother's car, until we were able to do an exchange. We did not end up using the ca at all. Then a couple days later, we got a bill for some scratches that were already there from previous rentals. Sickening how they try to nickle and dime people. Read other reviews and sure enough. Many others have had the same experience with scratches, and dents that were not responsible for. Never crossed my mind that a rental car could be infested with bugs. Gross. Mind you, this was a higher end vehicle that looked clean on the surface. Eeeewww
