There was a little chipped paint upon me picking up the vehicle I rented that was pointed out and told me no worries. then when I dropped vehicle off they took pictures of the speck and days later got an email that I damaged the car and billed me 1710.00. as soon as I dropped off the vehicle, the agent came out with a camera as if she knew the spot was there. it was very odd and i feel like they are trying to hold me responsible for a speck on the vehicle that was there prior to driving off the lot be weary and take pictures of any little scratch or chipped paint because they will charge you as if you did it . I found the rental through priceline and will not use sixt rental again.

My mom experienced such a crappy service today and JUAN had her doing all these extra things to then tell her oh no I meant this, and then said he would refund her money then said he couldn’t ( please contact me I think this is absolutely terrible my mom was suppose to come visit me for the holidays and now because they weren’t able to help her after she had paid and had her reservation she will not be here with me )

- JSJack SimpsonDec 19, 20251.0The car was just fine and so were the staff at SIXT Jax airport, But the pricing for 6 days for a Toyota Camry is insane. I booked through Expedia and paid $350 for the trip and insurance. Knowing there would most likely be another fee but I didn’t expect another $400-$500 in fees. I booked through Alamo in September and paid $400 flat for the same amount of time. Unfortunately won’t be taking that risk with sixt again.
