    I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Randy Marion Cadillac. I visited the dealership to have my vehicle appraised, but when I asked for a copy of the appraisal in writing, I was told it was for “internal use only.” As a potential buyer, that response made me very uneasy and left me questioning their transparency and business practices. Any reputable dealership should be willing to provide documentation to back up their evaluations, especially when discussing trade-ins or future purchases. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution. I can assure you I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future.

    My 2024 XT4 was towed to service department earlier this week the car unable to detect key. A hard reset was completed and Paula stated I needed to bring the car back for an " over the air" update? Paula seemed very busy so I left with more questions than answers and scheduled another appointment. When I returned to dealership I was advised that that the car updates automatically and there was no need to bring it in.I was relieved I didn't have to spend my Saturday in the service department but WOW totally misinformed!

    I was interested in one of their used vehicles. Initial communication was excellent. Where things fell apart was when I asked about having a PPI at an independent shop. They are unwilling to accommodate this and were only willing to have someone come to the dealership to inspect the vehicle. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles with dealerships willing to send the vehicles to an independent shop at my expense with no issue. They claim the repairs have been top notch with their master mechanics, and I have no reason to doubt them. But in 2026 not allowing a potential buyer to purchase a PPI for a thorough look at the vehicle seems silly. I mentioned if their work was as excellent as they claim, then the vehicle would come back with a clean bill of health. Not allowing one does not give one the warm fuzzies about the condition. It’s a shame and a missed opportunity for a deal.

    Bobby Thompson made buying my Jeep easy! He showed me three vehicles and was extremely patient with me helping me find the perfect fit. I usually don’t like car shopping but Bobby made me feel welcomed and comfortable the entire time. Mario was my finance manager and he was also very patient and helpful. He explained everything in detail for me. Would highly recommend both of them and Randy Marion Cadillac in Jacksonville.

    My car buying experience at Randy Marion Cadillac was nothing short of fantastic! I stopped in fairly late one evening just to look at a few vehicles and ended up purchasing one the next day. Bobby Thompson made my car buying experience so easy, and his customer service is unmatched. He went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was as advertised and a perfect fit for my needs as well as my family’s needs. Sebastian in the finance department also made the process extremely easy and answered all of my questions without hesitation. It is rare to find customer service to this extent, and I will absolutely be back in the future.
