When I ask service person he said don’t blame me I only work here. This is false advertising. Got me this time but never again!
- MMMarcOct 25, 20251.0Awful experience. Randy Marion Cadillac Sales Representative lied to me without hesitation. Facts: Randy Marion put a second hand Lexus 460 up for sale. 2. I reached out to find out more. 3. Sales Representative pushed me to come and see the car and he scheduled an appointment for 3 days later. 4. The following day, less than 12h later, as the dealer is by my office, I showed up to their office to check the car. 5.They ask me to wait 5 minutes to pull it from the parking lot. 6. 10 minutes later the sales manager tells me the car was sold the night before. Strange as I had the call with them late in the evening. He apologized. 7. I find it difficult to believe and on my way back home I find that they have listed the car again for sale but have jacked up the price by $3K. 8. Two days later I got a SMS from Randy Marion Cadillac reminding me we have an appointment to see the car!. The car they told me was sold, then was re-listed , then increased to price all in 72h. Do not trust this place.
