  $26 for 2 packs of cigarettes and a redbull is crazy when I can buy it right down the road for $21. Also they have a sign that says $2.60 off 2 packs with loyalty membership which I have. It didn’t come off and I asked about it and was told she didn’t know and it probably wasn’t good anymore. I will not be back to this location.

  I decided to give a 1 star because the staff is completely rude and vulgar and the mens urinals have not been cleaned for a week that I know of. There is gum and paper inside both urinals that is keep all the foul smells. This store must have a complete staff overhaul. I came into the store last night and over heard a male and female staff members talking about doing sexual things to each other. Tonight the lady at the front counter at 8pm was completely rude to me. The staff has absolutely NO customer service skills at all. Corporate needs to step in asap about this.

  I recently not even 5 minutes ago had the most unbelievable worst experience I've ever had not just at racetrack, but I'd have to say at any place of business I choose to spend money at... I literally stopped at the location on Atlantic Blvd that's in front of the movie theater as I do from time to time whenever I'm in the area. Anyhow I have my own thermos I take with me every where. So upon approaching the drink area, I started to fill my thermos with the frozen lemonade slushy as I've done every time I've went there. Well I barely started to fill my thermos, when this older blonde woman went out of her way from her seeing me by the fountain area while she was on the other side of the store. She then approached me, which I then noticed she was in a Racetrac shirt. Anyhow instead of politely informing me that I guess you can't use a thermos for a slushy, she was overly rude and disrespectful as she was talking at me and not to me. Told me I wasn't allowed to use a thermos for a slushy and I've been told that on multiple occasions, which I responded to I've never been told that and she blatenly called me a liar and that I have been told that and I needed to stop filling my thermos and I could go pay for a large drink. To which I responded I don't see the issue if I'm paying for it anyhow and she wanted to continue to argue and tell me to stop filling my thermos and go pay for a large drink. At that point I was over the disrespect and how she was talking and treating me, and asked her for corporates number and the district managers contact as I'm assuming she was so e type of manager just wasn't sure if she was the store manager or not because I asked her name and position and she actually told me SHE DIDNT HAVE A NAME, so when I asked again for or how to contact corporate or the district manager she waved her hand at me as if she was dismissing me and shooing me away. So I then again tried asking her name again and refused to give it to me, so I then walked to the register and asked the guy working I believe she said his name was Chris but I wouldn't know his either cause when I asked him his he gave the same reply as she did and said he didn't have a name... Never have I been so apalled and disrespected by someone who works in customer service, as I work in hospitality. It explains why the guy working acted and said what he did as obviously she sets the tone for the unprofessionalism and poor excuse for customer service. Never will I ever step foot in that store let alone I may never step foot in another racetrack again if that's the type of people they hire to represent their brand an core values...
