    The ATM on this place get broken all the time, like "out of the blue" the staff cannot even place the "Out of Order" sign properly like if they were on a rush... Oh, yes, they need to place the expiration date on the bread and other products, I got tired of buying bread and 2 days after is all green. Oh, yes, the amount of vaping products OMG!

    Good Afternoon, I understand you never know what is going on behind the scenes. Some people are over worked. Most are tired. These days people barley speak or notice one another. Came here store was very well stocked & clean. You can tell they are working hard. I am a Manger. Even if we are having a bad day or are over worked which most days we are. Some of have small babies at home. We still have to welcome guest in ,and tell them their total. At least show them we appreciate them spending their money with us. I still give you guys 5 stars. You can tell they are working hard to get everyone in & out. I hope u guys have a better day.Thank you 4 being there. It goes both ways. If ya'll didn't show up 4 work. We wouldn't be able to stop by. Everyone Be Blessed!

    Y'all need to take off your website that you're open 24 hours when you're not you don't know how aggravating it is when you wake up in the morning and you try to find a store that's open and this is supposed to be open poor management should be in here working to keep the store open

    Went in to cash scratch-offs and buy Mentos. While I was still browsing, a Hispanic male cashier wearing glasses, with a noticeable accent and feminine mannerisms, impatiently said, “Ma’am, I’m ready when you are.” I ignored it and continued shopping. At checkout, I tried handing over both my scratch-offs and the Mentos. The cashier deliberately took only the scratch-offs and ignored the Mento, so I placed them on the counter. When asked, “What would you like to do?” I reasonably assumed they were referring to cash versus more tickets and nodded towards the Mentos to indicate I was purchasing them. Instead of clarifying professionally, the cashier snapped, “Honey, you need to open your mouth. I don’t understand head motions,” despite clearly seeing and handling the Mentos. That comment alone was condescending and unnecessary and led to a heated exchange that could have easily been avoided with basic customer service. This is not an isolated incident. I’ve experienced the same sass from this employee before (me cashing in more scratch-offs and him being irritated because they didn’t have that much cash in the register and he would have to get the manager…it was $60. Really?) and have personally witnessed him speak to other customers in a similar manner. Even more concerning, nearby coworkers did nothing to de-escalate the situation. One male employee appeared to encourage it. That tells me this behavior is accepted, if not encouraged, at this location. The 2.5-star rating makes complete sense. Do better, RaceTrac. The next customer may not walk away like I did, and I almost didn’t. The only reason this didn’t escalate further is because I had a Jaguars game to attend. Their saving grace.
