My husband and I were searching for a CPO luxury vehicle to replace my minivan as our teens are all driving themselves. We went to Porsche Jacksonville to work with the professionals as they had some beautiful options available. We were so fortunate to be paired with Dontae. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and assisted us in test driving some beautiful cars. Dontae noticed my interest in a very recent trade in on a gorgeous dark grey 2020 Macan S. The agate interior was stunning and had been perfectly cared for over six years. It captured my heart and Dontae let us take it for a drive. We agreed on pricing and trade and he started the paperwork. The vehicle needed to go through processing from being traded and Dontae kept me informed of the progress. He was diligent with explaining the CPO benefits and all the previous servicing on the vehicle. Dontae made our vehicle purchase one of the best we’ve had to date. I absolutely love my Macan. It’s such a pleasure to drive and inside it is like being in a warm hug. It’s so cozy and pretty. I appreciate Dontae’s low key, no pressure, attitude and his ability to have everything done quickly and perfectly. Porsche is fortunate to have this young man on their team.

I would have given them 3 stars but my delivery went well. I purchased a car that was advertised as new but after looking at all the photos online I saw it had 5,000 miles. The sales person verified it was a demo car and after a week we settled on a price. If this was listed as a demo or CPO it would have been a smoother process.
