- FBFrank Butler1 day ago4.0Nice place. Every time we pass by on Vacation I stop there. They always have what ever I need and clean restrooms. They are solid and can be depended on for the travelers. Old school and we need more of that across the country.

They are getting rid of all their good staff members and acting like they are better than the customer base. The 2 new lady staff running the place makes it feel like a prison instead of a family run establishment. We will no longer use this pilot as our main truck stop. Also they do not use real cleaners in the bathrooms they use water no disinfectant at all per the assistant manager when I explained an allergy to her.

- BGBillie G.Feb 8, 20265.0This manager needs a raise. I forget her name. But there was only three employees at 21:00 when I showed up to park in a pre paid reserve spot. Of course there are drivers whom do not respect others and parked without paying or parked over their time limit. Of course I had to wait, but she gathered her list and walked to the lot knocking on doors to find the culprits. Seems dangerous for a lady to have to do and leaving only the Maintenance man cleaning showers and one guy working register. She needs a raise for heavens sake. The owners need to get more help in there and not leave it to a nice lady to do everything. She was very calm and calculated in her actions. That is very commendable. But still the owners need to check themselves.
