  The truck rental experience was fantastic. I had an issue during the rental where I lost the king while on loading the 26' truck. The customer service at Penske was remarkable in their efforts to get me back up and running with a new key. They were great. I did think the truck was underpowered. It was a very long trip with a very full truck that was obviously very heavy and truck just really wasn't up to the task as far as I'm concerned. It would have been a better experience had the power of the truck been commiserate with its size.

  AVOID PENSKE!! ESPECIALLY THE PICKETVILLE LOCATION THEY ARE SHADY!! We dropped our truck off and they didn't give us paperwork or do a walk throug for it. they just told us "you're good". They waited 2 months and are accusing me stealing the veheicle. They are saying the truck wasn't returned for two months but charged me for gas 2 weeks after I returned it. NOT ONE PERSON AT PENSKE WILL HELP ME. JACK IS A TOTAL JERK. I AM GETTING A LAWYER INVOLVED AT THIS POINT. USE ANYONE BUT PENSKE.

  Service is TERRIBLE. Truck came out from repairs in worse condition. And all they do is blame another shift. Take your trucks somewhere else. They will screw it up here and take no blame

  This is SPECIFALLY for the Pickettville RD location in Jacksonville FL. They are shady and fradulantly charged my card. I will be contacting JSO. We returned our truck on July 16. Two days before our due date. We were told to park the truck with the key in it. I was contacted a week later by corp and told to return the truck. I called the Pickettville RD office and was told "oh you're good I see you returend it and everything is fine". (EVERYTHING IS FINE). Today I see a charge for $555. I call corp who tells me that the truck was returned late. They get me on a three way call with the Pickettville location. I tell them that I have two people who will not only verify that the the truck was returned early but will give sworn statements if need be. They than switch gears and tell me that the truck was returned but they don't have a key. Yea they lost the key and are trying to charge me for it. That is theft and fraud! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
