If coming to buy a new or used vehicle then James Small is the best sales consultant here. He is very understanding of your needs and will not push you into anything that you do not want. He truly cares for his customers. I’ve never met a sales consultant like him.
I had a great experience with my recent oil change service. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They explained what type of oil my car needed and answered all my questions without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the service was completed faster than I expected. I also appreciated that they checked my tire pressure and fluid levels as part of the service. My car is running smoothly now, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
We bought a brand new car on Monday. Took it back Wednesday because malfunctioning. They're fixing it, but how can we have confidence in a car with 10 miles on it that is already malfunctioning? They wanted our daughter to drive a $26,000 defective Nissan. Wish we'd stuck with Davis Nissan as we'd originally intended. I will say, however, that our salesperson, Miguel, was the one bright spot. He's a great guy; it's when the managers come in that it goes downhill fast! UPDATE: We would not let up and the dealership agreed to exchange the car we bought for another. So we did get another car, but please KEEP READING for a little advice...do your homework; compare carefully, being aware that (1) here you pay the $1200 fee that the dealership was charged to ship the car from the Nissan factory, which a finance officer at our bank says is just never done, (2) check the MSRP as, on average, cars listed here are several thousand higher (3) check your bank's financing options before you go in because they'll push you HARD to go with theirs (which is because, as they fully admit, the dealership gets a huge kickback once you've made your 3rd payment). (4) They will try to limit your down payment to ensure that you finance through them for over $25k. When we came back to make financial arrangements for the exchanged car, we had gotten a much better deal from our own bank, brought a $25k voucher & wanted to make a larger down payment to cover the difference, they got very hostile very fast and absolutely refused, saying that if we change to go with our own financing, they'd force us to stick to the original deal & make our child keep driving the defective car. They won't answer why this is, but according to a former employee, it's because they get substantially less kickbacks/bonuses if they sell a car for less than $25,001. Their financing may still be the best option for you - just know your options and read the fine print; their loans go for as long as 7 years; the payments may be lower, but in the long run, the car costs more because it goes for so much longer at a higher rate, (5) the price advertised on sites like carfax, kbb, cars.com, autotrader, etc. is NOT the price you pay unless you qualify for about a half dozen discounts (like military, etc), otherwise add about $5,000-$6,000 to the price on those sites. Negotiate well. Essentially, do the homework we wish we'd done more of before we allowed our daughter to buy an overpriced car here.

Brung my car in to get serviced. The cost was so exreme for 2 repairs. It was an investment I no longer wanted to put into it, so I opted to trade it in and buy a new car. The process started smoothly by going online picking the cars I wanted to test drive. 1 which had no A/C and another that's full of pollen. If you're trying to sell something and put a customer in something, Rule #1 , make sure it's buyers ready! That was a turn off alone.
Next , it was narrowing it down . We were asked, if the cars were the same price, which would we want? 3 minutes later, finance comes out with the paperwork for the chosen car with the same price. VERY MISLEADING. Talk about say whatever to get whatever, smh.
Last, the push of signing documents and papers. I made it very known I had my own financial institution I wanted to work with. I was told, "Oh we work with them too. We want to remove the middle person and move right along." SIR, YOU ARE THE MIDDLE PERSON. IVE BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND WOULD LIKE TO EXPLORE MY OPTIONS WITH THEM.
On top of all of this, I kept being asked was I sure I dropped my car off to their service department because they could not find it. I started out with 1 representative and had gone through 5 different representatives in 2 days. I picked my car up, paid them for my diagnostic and left. I'm not easily overwhelmed, but this was very overwhelming, frustrating and very chaotic. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new car, and I can’t say enough good things about Billy. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Billy genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a great car-buying experience, ask for Billy — you won’t be disappointed!
