Because of airport change you charged and additional $500 for the airport to airport change!!! The attendant said there was nothing they could do to assist me. Charging an additional 50% just for an airport to airport drop off change in same state is totally ridiculous, taking advantage, and I am an Executive Club member… Not cool Nationals… be better with your loyal customers….
