- WCWilliam CorbinOct 13, 20251.0I rent cars all over from National and have rented from Jacksonville Airport before and never had trouble until September when i rented a Jeep for less than a day i returned it and it was cleaner than when i picked it up and they checked me out at my daily rate and 2 days later hit me with a cleaning fee of $250 dollars. I made a complaint and it has been 2 weeks and no one from that location has responded and every time I call they give me the same message that someone will reach out but that hasn't been the case it sucks i rent at least 285 days a year and this changes how I will do business at the Jacksonville location be aware when renting because, its shady.
