Mike has been my adviser for 6-7 yrs , and he always showed great customer service- explaining in Detail technician report, things that need attention , & those that need monitoring. I don’t mind waiting for hrs. Bc I get a good service. And I leave the place w clean & shiny “ car , thanks to courtesy car wash . If you value your time and being treated with basic respect, this may not be the dealership for you. I had a scheduled appointment that was not honored, was repeatedly asked for information I clearly stated was unavailable, and felt pressured toward financing options I explicitly declined. When I calmly stood firm, I was labeled ‘hostile,’ which was both inaccurate and insulting. This experience lacked professionalism and respect for a customer’s time and decisions. I will not be doing business here.

Bought a 2018 BMW 650i Conv in March and have been putting off a review but needed to do this. Jabari was the sales agent that did the sale. I never owned a BMW before and relied on this dealership as being reputable and honest. Big mistake. Several items that shouls have came with the car were missing and after several calls to rectify this, the sales manager told me too bad and to “have a good life”. Very rude and disrespectful. The tool kit, First aid kit and the back seat air deflector were not in the car. To replace these cost $2000. Also, I left the Sunpass toll pod on the windshield of the car I traded in and asked Jabri to mail it to me. After a week I texted him to ask when he sent it. He said he mailed it. The next day a toll charge came up from that pod’s serial number. Jabri lied as it was either used on that car or transferred to another. I would never trust these people. They are not trustworthy as I caught them in a misrepresentation of the vehicle I overpaid for and caught them in a lie about the SUNPASS.
