My recent experience was highly unsatisfactory, both in terms of service quality and customer care. My service advisor, Andy Trowbridge, demonstrated poor communication and a lack of professionalism. Despite reporting my concerns promptly, I did not receive timely or appropriate responses.
I was issued a loaner vehicle that was infested with tree ants. I notified the advisor the following morning; however, I did not receive a response for two days. I also contacted the service manager regarding the issue, but I did not receive any follow up. As a result, I was left to deal with the infestation for the duration of my service.
This is the second advisor at this location who has made me feel dismissed and disregarded. While I am unsure of the underlying cause, the level of concern shown toward certain customers appears inconsistent and troubling.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service department.

Mike Luis has been my advisor more than once at Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park. He responds quickly to any questions I have, keeps me posted, and has been very accommodating.
