  My experience today was disappointing and lacked the premium service expected at Mercedes. Despite being promised at check-in that Rodney would meet me in the lobby, he never spoke to me in person, relying solely on text. After waiting over 2 hours, I was never notified that my car was ready—via text or in person despite requesting they do so. I only realized it was finished because I saw it sitting in the "Ready" lane and had to approach the front desk myself. It was frustrating to watch other patrons receive consistent, in-person updates while I was ignored. To top it off, I was double-billed for my membership despite specifically asking for the discount to be applied. While a refund for the overcharge was offered, it doesn't excuse the lack of basic communication and hospitality.

  Mike is such a great guy with load of experience. Anytime I go in to service my car first I get welcome from the boys at the door and they also open the door for me. Then Mike takes good care of me with his honest opinion about what I want to do to my car. I will always go back to Mercedes Benz of orange park and I will never use any other service representative except for Mike

He demonstrated excellent communication, keeping us well informed throughout the process.   I took my car in because it wouldn’t start, after paying $2500 for a new shifter. I was notified that my car was ready for pick up, I get to the dealer, the porter brings my car around, shuts it off and the car wouldn’t start. Previously the lights on the dash would light up when I turn the ignition, now the lights don’t even turn on. I feel like I wasted my money by going there.
