Horrible service!! Behar was great to work with — too bad he’s no longer there. I called nearly a week ago for assistance, and someone named Joe texted to say ‘Frank’ would contact me. Nothing! I even called back and left a direct message with receptionist for him to call, and still nothing. Sadly, you can’t pay people to do their jobs and provide just good (not even excellent!) service these days, not even in the luxury space. Very disappointing.

I’m giving this dealership 5 stars because the entire experience was genuine and professional. Dariq was patient, knowledgeable, and even followed up a month later to make sure we were still happy with our purchase. Horrible experience! I was warned about this place. 3hrs of diagnostic @ $257 per hour. No pictures, no information just a $800 bill for diagnostic and a quote to replace engine harness for 8k! Took it to another shop. 1hr diagnostic and a $900 quote to repair. Tried for weeks to contact a service manger via email, chat, and voicemail. No response.

Throughout the ordeal, they were calm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Ps because of the size of my RV and the nature of the breakdown, I was stranded for 22 hours. Tow trucks refused to pick me up because of the size and nature of the break down.
