    I had a fantastic experience getting my Sprinter van serviced here. From scheduling the appointment to picking up the vehicle, the process was seamless. Although I live in Orlando, the drive is well worth it for their excellent communication and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

    Julia Jackson was outstanding start to finish. Getting your vehicle serviced and repaired sometimes can be very stressful and expensive. Having the correct service writer can make the process go smoother. I feel like we made a new friend as well. If you want an outstanding service writer that will follow through ask for Julia. Dalton Langner does well too.

    Worked with Jarrod. My vehicle was covered under manufacturer warranty for my cylinder heads. I was given a loaner and I updated every step of the way. Every concern I had both before and after having my vehicle serviced was addressed and solved. This team truly works together and is hospitable in all aspects. Amazing experience, and the free meal is a bonus too!! Thank you!

    I have a 2014 CLA 250 4 Matic & took it to dealership... Attempted to upgrade the informant screen. Brought and installed the upgrade myself however the back up camera does not work and no sound. All other OEM features work with the upgraded unit. Here comes the BS from the dealership... first they want even look at the car until factory equipment is reinstalled. After reinstalling OEM factory parts they recommend that I pay $8,000 for a head unit, also charged me $270 for this information! Just to reiterate I upgraded the informant screen to be compatible with Apple CarPlay. EVERY thing works except no sound and the back up camera. The dealership just outrageously over charged me for a scan that should have taken 20 mins. tops! Also told the mechanic that I had purchased another head unit from Ebay ($220), a little cheaper than the $8,000 price quoted from the dealership. I know that I would have to pay something but common sense should tell the dealership $8,000 for a radio is ludicrous! I highly would NOT recommend this Mercedes dealership!!
