Sunday before last I was left in a complete bind on my work truck with the water pump catastrophically failing. Mr Paul and their tech were a godsend! They got a new water pump installed and running in a quarter of the time I thought it would be an even went so far as to show and explain to me why it failed how it failed and to recommend a few other things that I had no idea that was attempting to go wrong. 10/10 would be happy to get work done there again!

Try their competitors and see if you don’t agree They go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. Do they take your car and work on it when they are just about to close? Of course not. That wouldn’t be fair to the amazing employees. Mavis just seems to treat each customer like they would their a family member across the board. And after getting used to service from other places, the difference I consistently experience here is a big deal and makes them stand out from the rest. Each time I’ve come here, they have been honest about what to expect for estimates, time waiting, and what is wrong. Their prices beat other estimates I received from other places when I needed to shop costs. Employees at Mavis are polite and professional- from the mechanics to the managers, and everyone in between. The shop is clean, bright, and pleasant. They have free wifi and current magazines to read. Until I have a bad experience, this is is my car repair “ride or die.”Maybe you want to test my opinion by trying other places for yourself, but I suspect you’ll come to the same conclusion. Save time and money and start here first. You’ll be happy! Say hi to Sam. She made my day today!
