I pulled in stressed and unsure, and the team immediately evaluated the situation and focused on finding the most affordable and reasonable fix, which I truly appreciated. I ended up needing to replace the tire and decided to replace two based on their age. Even though they didn’t have the exact tire in stock, they went above and beyond to locate them at another nearby shop, coordinated everything, and still had me in and out in under 2.5 hours. Everyone was kind, honest, and professional, and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and taking calls while I waited. That alone made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Mavis Tire, for turning a flat tire into such a positive experience. I highly recommend this location and will absolutely be back!
