  Went in for an oil change and was not disappointed by no means. I prefer a particular oil brand and they had no issues with making that happen even though it was not a brand they have in house, it took a very short time to have the oil in hand and ready to go. Process went smoothly and love that they do a thorough inspection inside and out. Convinced me to be a returning customer.

  Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at this place! I went there with my son for the first time because there was no parking available at my usual location, which is at the MAVIS at the racetrack. After the service, which took 30 minutes longer than expected because the last customers to be served that day were already closing... upon leaving the store, I noticed an excessive noise in the front tire, even though I had already replaced the two rear tires... so I thought it must be because they are new... and after 3 days I noticed that the noise had become much louder... when I checked the tires, I noticed that the front right tire had been replaced with a different brand tire and, worse, a used and old tire with small fissures and cracks, which is why it was making excessive noise... in other words, 2 weeks before I replaced the two front tires at the MAVIS at the racetrack, everything was fine! And now I went to the MAVIS store on SAN JOSE BLV, where they perfectly replaced the two rear tires as I had requested, however they removed one new front right tire and put an old, used and damaged tire in its place...why?? Honestly, I don't know.....but it's really not a reliable place! I will never do business with them again!! They are cheats and dishonest!

  I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They’ve helped me with so many car issues, and every visit has been a great experience. Everyone is always kind, honest, and super helpful, and they consistently give me the best deal around. Chico is amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about customers. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, and this is definitely one of those places. Highly recommend!
