Initial Damage: This oversight caused oil to spray throughout the engine compartment and leak onto my driveway, resulting in significant stains. Insufficient Remediation: I returned the vehicle to Mavis. They performed a second oil change and attempted a superficial cleanup of the engine bay with degreaser. This was inadequate; residual oil continued to drip for two weeks. Manager Response: The local manager refused to accept responsibility for the driveway stains, directing me to the corporate office. Corporate Inaction: I promptly contacted the corporate office and provided an estimate for professional stain removal. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I have received no action, resolution, or reimbursement for the damages caused by their negligence. I am requesting full compensation for the cost of repairing my driveway and any potential long-term engine damage caused by this oversight.

However, I felt that he wasn't interested in understanding how the claim process works, which prevented them from deciding to send me back to the Lexus dealership to have my tire replaced.
