Great customer service, not stressful, great pricing. I had a belt put in my car, and when I went to get into it the car was making a funny noise. I had let them know it was making a noise and they fixed it w/o giving me a hard time. Thank you!

TRUST THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! I feel like anyone reading reviews here really needs to pay attention to the low ratings, they are honest and should be trusted.
First off, their tire "warranty" is a not truthful. They’ll tell you your tires are covered, and then when something actually happens, they either give you maybe $10 off a tire, or nothing at all. On top of that, they never have any record of what they've done to your car, so if something goes wrong with a repair, they act like they never touched it in the first place.
They’re also not honest about repairs. They’ll tell you things are wrong when they’re not, just to upcharge you. I had one experience where they claimed multiple parts in my engine needed replacing and that it would cost thousands of dollars. When I took my car to a trusted, reliable shop, they said there was nothing wrong at all and had no idea why the first shop would say that.
Another time, I had an appointment and ended up sitting there for two hours. When I went to check on my car, they told me they hadn’t even looked at it yet because they didn’t think they could help with the issue I described. They could have told me that up front instead of wasting my time.
Honestly, none of the staff seem to know what they’re doing or talking about, and they are not truthful with their prices. I wish I had paid more attention to the low reviews sooner because they were right. I cannot recommend this shop at all.

We had such a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! We came in as a walk-in, completely stressed out and on the verge of tears, but the team immediately put us at ease. Every single gentleman working there was kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. They got started on our problem right away and went above and beyond to help us.
The manager was very wonderful, he worked with us and even gave us a discount on two new tires. That kind of compassion and customer service is very rare these days. We’re so grateful for their help and kindness. Thank you to the whole team at Mavis Tires & Brakes for turning a stressful day into a positive one and making it possible for us to get home today with confidence in mind.

I came to Mavis at 13958 Village Lake Circle (Jacksonville) for a routine oil change. They quoted me $485 for front brake pads and rotors, then after I paid, the price had ballooned to $570+ including a “miscellaneous shop supplies” fee of over $20.
When I asked for a breakdown before paying, the employee claimed their system wouldn’t let them print it until after. That’s shady.
And just as I’m leaving, an employee hits my car with someone else’s door while moving a vehicle.
This place does not operate like a professional or honest business. It’s not even close to a discount shop I’ve had four tire sensors replaced for $300 in Casselberry. Meanwhile, this location overcharges, sneaks in fees, and gives you zero transparency.
