  Came in without an appointment. The staff, Jimmy gave me such courteous customer service and Lonnie made sure my repair was professionally completed. Despite the extended wait time- the staff constantly checked on me with timely updates making sure there were no pressing needs on my part. Come to MAVIS, you won’t be disappointed.

  Here's the revised version with the additional detail: "Dropped off my 2WD Ram 2500 at 11 AM on a Saturday morning for an alignment. The check-in process seemed fine initially, but things quickly went downhill. I realized I had left my cell phone at home, so I called using my wife’s phone to provide a contact number. The staff member I spoke to struggled to find my information, even after I asked him to search by phone number three times. Eventually, he located my details, but not before putting me on hold for 30 minutes just to update a contact number, making me late for a family dinner. Later that evening, at 5:04 PM, I called to check on the progress, only to be told that my truck hadn't even been on the alignment lift yet. This contradicted what I had been told earlier, and I was assured it would be addressed first thing Monday morning. I never spoke to the gentleman that checked me in over the phone. However, at 11 AM the next day, I received a text from my mother saying they had called her about my truck—her number wasn't the one I provided at drop-off or when I called back on Sunday. When I called to clarify, I was informed that my truck couldn't fit on their lift because it was a crew cab long bed, something they should have known beforehand, considering they handle vehicles all day, every day. This experience has significantly eroded my trust in their professionalism and reliability. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t worry about responding to make it right. The moment of is the time to make it right by being forthcoming and transparent no matter the outcome. I took my vehicle to tires plus and was out in an hour. Also if your advisor gives 3 brake jobs as a justification for why a front 2 wheel alignment may or may not be done same day, you should avoid this place as brakes only take an hour and a half at most if you aren’t lazy with it. I’ve only done tires and alignments with this place but now I won’t be doing that either.

  I’ve been going to Mavis along time! I have always received friendly, knowledgeable, honest service! The guys and ladies there know their stuff and give honest diagnoses.
