  Love Mavis Tire & Brakes!!! Great team and excellent service always!!! MATT knew exactly what he was talking about when I requested the team to take a look at my cars leaking oil! So many great tips learned from him at our visit today!

  They did such a wonderful job on my car and the price was amazing 😍 my headlights were a little bit of a pain but they were able to get it taken care of

  Jalil (Jay) is an Awesome, knowledgeable technician! He gave me a full breakdown of everything I needed to make my car safer, but without the added "saleman" pressure. He even found an oil leak caused by a loose bolt from the prior shop that changed my oil! he The manager was also very helpful and considerate of my needs. I highly recommend this shop for honest work with fair prices.

  I am rescending my previous post. This location in Jacksonville Florida ruined my rim... the Manager and attendant didn't even tell me they damaged my vehicle. I was distracted because they attempted to keep my tire lock key. I had to get the Manager to find out where the lock was. In my distraction I didn't see the damage to my rim until the next day when I was getting gas. And then they said they are not going to pay for the amount it takes to repair it ??...... This all started two weeks ago... I had my tire repaired, there was a nail in a location that was unrepairable. (I have a custom vehicle and the rims have rhinestones on them.) Once I saw the damage and complained about it....(I was on vacation) the corporate rep asked me go to the Mavis where I was on vaca to have an attendant take pictures of the damage to the rim to send to another Manager in corporate. Then Another corporate rep contacted me and again asked for pictures. I said I've already had someone take pictures. But he again needed me to send them. (And I know this could have been avoided because the other shop...Tire kingdom (a Mavis sister shop) has replaced three of my tires without incident.) I was told when I get back in town to call them to take care of it, only to find I now have to wait further...what was the reason of me going to the Mavis on my vacation? Then I asked for someone above the representative I was speaking to... he kept telling me he was at the top,....and kept saying Ma'am to me as if I was devoid of understanding...I said do you own the company? Everyone has a boss. The below review was before I saw the damage....now I know why he wasn't giving me eye contact. But the Manager is still there... Malik the attendant that did the damage is at another location???? But the Manager Matt looked at my tire before I left. And when I showed up at his shop, because I was again passed off to yet another rep.... asked me "how can I help you." Knowing full well why I was there....smh I explained to the Manager of the region (I assume), he said he was sorry, I explained my inconvenience, the time wasted. I now have to get my rim redone. He told my detailman he's only willing to cover the cost of the tire???? This shows they are not accountable from the top....these men let me leave with a damaged vehicle in the hopes I would think I damaged it myself????? Integrity shot. He said thats why Malik is not here anymore....but he had nothing to say to the fact that I saw the Manager look at my rim before I left the shop. This probably has happened before..and will happen again...Sadly. Public beware. ---------------------------- My usual tire spot didn't have the replacement tire I needed so they found it at Mavis Tires and Breaks. Mavis replaced my tire that caught a huge nail... I got my military discount applied...Malik did an awesome job working on like 3 cars at a time. Also the Asst. Manager Matt graciously repaired a tear under my car on the protective cover, ....so my kitten wouldn't have access into the car's engine...and they checked my fluids for a road trip. Professional and efficient. Thank you again guys for being there in a pinch.
