I told him I needed my tire patched! I had a nail in my tire. I had just left tire outlet (who always seem to try to get over on single moms, I wasn’t having it so I left). Matt ran outside, got my tire size & informed me what my price would be if my tire was unable to be fixed. We confirmed my tire could be fixed without paying for a new tire! All under 30 minutes. It’s so Imperative as a single mom to make sure my tires are on point at all times. Mavis made me feel like FAMILY, I appreciate the quick response to act and resolve the issue. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a tire like I did at tire outlet. I was in and out! “Time is money and money is Time”. Ask for Matt 🫶🏾💯
