    We did not have a good experience this time at Lexus of Jacksonville. They missed our appointment time by at least 5 hours. In their defense, I was given a loaner car. They were asked to call my husband if any additional work was recommended. They did not make the call. I finally called to check on my car and had to leave a message. My call was returned at 4:20. Was told my car was ready. I live 30 minutes from the dealership and they were closing at 5:00 because it was New Year’s Eve. They knew I lived 30 minutes away. He offered for me to wait until Friday to get my car but I have a car seat in my car for my granddaughter and had told my daughter that I could take her in my car to an event. I had to drop everything to get there. I pulled in at 4:53. Very disappointed with this service call.

    We had an excellent experience working with Billy at Lexus of Jacksonville. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. It truly felt like he had our best interests in mind and took the time to understand what we were looking for. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we really appreciated how easy he made the experience. We would absolutely recommend Billy to anyone shopping at Lexus.

    This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had from any car dealership or any other car service center. After making an appointment a week earlier for an oil change, I arrived on time and was quickly taken in by the the service department. THREE HOURS LATER, after sitting patiently in the waiting room, I was informed Lexus of Jacksonville didn't have time to change my oil and to come back another day. My car was returned to me and no follow up appointment was scheduled.

    Purchasing my vehicle was genuinely a wonderful experience from start to finish. The salesman - Kevin Burns was knowledgeable, patient, and made the process feel easy and enjoyable. Even small touches—like Lexus offering breakfast/lunch and friendly conversations with the staff—made me feel welcomed and valued, not just as a customer. The finance manager was clear, honest, and supportive, ensuring everything was handled smoothly without pressure. The entire team created a warm, positive atmosphere that turned what can be a stressful process into a truly uplifting experience. I couldn’t be happier with both my vehicle and the people who helped me purchase it.

    I took my new 2025 RX 350 to Lexus of Jacksonville to repair a right side mirror which had come apart somewhere. They said it was not covered by warranty so I paid $1492. for the repair. Within a month, the mirror came apart at a car wash. I found the covers at the car wash and returned to the same dealership and was told by the service manager that it would cost over $1,600.00 to make the same repair. I took my keys and left and scotch taped it back together as I was returning to Greenville,SC for the holiday. Having dealt with the Greenville Lexus, I knew they were honest and a good dealership. I took my car to the service department and was told that Lexus protocol was to only replace the mirrors and not to repair them. I paid $2583 to have the mirror replaced and feel as if I was really cheated out of the original !492.00 and would have also lost the 1600.00 if I had continued dealing with Lexus of Jacksonville. The service manager at Lexus of Jacksonville made me wait almost 2 hours for a 1 pm appointment that I made with him. Beware of dealing with this service departmen
