  Billy did a wonderful job from the moment I walked in the door. I had a specific car I wanted to look at already in mind. He took me for a test drive and did a great job of explaining the buying process to me. When I returned later in the day to complete the process, the car was detailed and ready to go. The paperwork was completed relatively quickly. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase a warranty or other add on coverages. Overall a great experience.

  I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Lexus of Jacksonville. Max was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I absolutely love my new car! The whole team was very supportive at every stage of the purchase. Since my English is not very strong, they were kind enough to help with translation and made sure I understood everything clearly. That meant a lot to me and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Thank you, Max, and the entire team for your excellent service and professionalism.   Had an exceptional experience at Lexus of Jacksonville. Shannon helped me secure one of the last IS 500s, and despite being an out-of-state buyer from Chicago, the process was seamless and stress-free. Shannon’s communication was top-tier, and he made sure every detail was handled before I even arrived. I highly recommend this team for their professionalism and transparency. I’d gladly make the trip down to Florida again for my next Lexus!

  I feel scammed ! During my initial visit, I was told I had a minor oil leak estimated around $250. I asked to have it repaired that same day but was told by Cornelius “CC” Williams to return early the following week due to scheduling. I returned as instructed specifically for the leak and declined other recommended services through their digital approval system. However, at no point was I presented with an updated estimate or authorization request for a full valve cover gasket replacement. When I picked up my vehicle, I was presented with a nearly $1,900 bill. The gasket repair was never shown in the approval/denial system like the other recommendations, and I was not contacted regarding the significant price increase before the work was completed. I understand diagnoses can change, but clear communication and customer approval for major repairs should always occur before proceeding. The lack of transparency made this a very frustrating experience. Below I attached the multi point inspection and never once did they mention a gasket valve cover leak. I also attached the receipt and what they replaced without them ever speaking to me during this fix. Highly disappointed.

  We walked into Lexus of Jacksonville with intentions to just begin the car buying process, not to purchase a car. We walked out with a deposit made and ready for delivery in a few days. Matthew made the process extremely easy and shared our options of what we were looking for. He communicated well with us sharing what we needed to finish our purchase. He made sure the car was detailed and ready for pickup and lined up all the people needed. Matthew, Abigail and Bliss were such a pleasure to work with. This is our second Lexus from Lexus of Jacksonville.
