    After all my years as a Lexus customer I finally met a caring, detail oriented, polite & conscientious young man ~ Joshua ! In the past I've accepted the flippant attitude & hurried service assistant & chalked it up as being the "way it was" but Joshua went above and beyond to help me understand the issues with my car. He even went beyond "good customer service" when he found a Library Book I'd left behind. He was polite & treated me with respect. Impressed by Joshua!

    Cornelius, made me feel right at home when I arrived at the Lexus dealership. He listened to my concerns about the setup of my infotainment system, told me to have a seat in the lounge to grab a bite to eat. He assigned the appropriate member of the team to answer my questions and ensured the setup process for ownership was complete with no issues before leaving. This is my first time visiting the Lexus service center and I was truly impressed!! Thank you to Lexus and their service agent Cornelius for making my visit painless. Best regards, Carnelius Mitchell

    I want to preface this review with the fact that I have had services done at Lexus locations that have lived up to the values and mission statement that Lexus abides by. I unfortunately cannot say the same about this location. I brought my car in for 2 services here. The first service, I explicitly stated I needed my car ready for the next day as our cat had surgery on both her knees and needed to be driven back to Clearwater to see the doctor that had performed the surgery. They assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. I never received a text regarding my service being completed; however, I was told that my car would be ready by the end of the day. When I arrived at 17:00, I came to find out the service advisor had not handed in my paperwork. My car was not ready and would not be ready the next day. This lead to my girlfriend and I scrambling to come up with a last minute plan to take the cat across the state. We got it sorted, but not without an exorbitant amount of added stress. Fast forward to my recent service, the yellow, non-immediate action light was on my dash when I picked it up. Figured there might just be a delay in it turning off. This is where I messed up by not saying something immediately before leaving. I’ll own it. About 2 days later my dash reads low PSI. I figure it’s a one time thing, filled it up with air and went on my way. Car was fine for about 2-3 days before low PSI in my tire flashed on the screen again. I knew there was a leak at this time. I couldn't bring the car back for a couple weeks due to moving into our new place and work. When I was finally able to bring it in, I needed to pay for a brand new tire as there was no way to prove when it happened. Alluding to what I said earlier, I messed up and should have said something immediately; however, the light was on when I picked it up from the dealership. Unfortunately, these two experiences have wasted a lot of my time, caused undue stress at the final minute, and cost me more money than I would have liked to spend. It’s not a knock on Lexus, it’s a knock on the lack of professionalism at this location, which is something I haven’t experienced at other dealerships. I’ll be taking my car to Orange Park from now on (adds an hour round trip) as doing that initially would’ve already saved me a ton of stress, time, and money.

    Not a great experience at all!!!!! Really have enjoyed other Lexus dealers in the past, but Lexus if Jacksonville is a complete scam. I’m in the military and have been to many Lexus dealers and this was by far the worst…well besides trying to sugar coat the horrible service with free sandwiches. So went for an oil change upon returning home I had to leave the car in my driveway for a few days due to my military obligations. When I returned this was my first time actually having to put my car in reverse since the oil change and the parking assist was no longer working. I returned immediately to the dealership said it had to be calibrated or reset, but charged me an additional $260 dollars for a diagnostic exam for something that happened during the oil change. I explained the situation and they were not willing at all to assist me in the matter. Overall the car and Lexus have been great but this dealership definitely took advantage of a customer and a situation and I would highly of recommend to anyone else looking to get there Lexus serviced to go elsewhere!!!’n

    Anna and the mobile team were utterly fantastic. I was in a terrible bind and needed to get to the doctor ASAP. She moved to heaven & earth to get the mobile team there asap so I could make my appointment. I wish I could remember the mobile Technician‘s name, but he was a genius. Kind and an efficient skilled, expert. It was a perfect combination. He was also totally prepared so the work went quickly and then I had to add an extra based on my vehicle light warning. He was already heading out, so I flagged him down. He pulled the truck over and worked on the car a second time. What a nice guy! He even offered to follow me to the doctor to fix the car so that I wouldn’t be late. I didn’t have the heart to trouble him, So I was a few minutes late, but it wasn’t because they didn’t offer—-but super kind!! Thank you, Lexus of Jacksonville
