Get told they won't even plug it in to their computers for diagnostics because if they find issues then they are liable to fix them (their words). So they expect you to pay $300 for them to just "look" at the vehicle. But they refuse to plug into it for proper diagnostics even when you try to pay them to do just that. So I guess I'm not buying land rover in the future.

She did a great job assisting me with everything I needed to move forward with my Range Rover purchase. I love everything about it! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. - EHEric HinsonFeb 21, 20265.0Above and Beyond customer first mentality and service!!! Experience started with sales rep Sika showing off her extensive knowledge of the Land Rover products. During test drive the check engine light came on (used vehicle purchase) which Sika assured me at that time they would have the service team take a look and I could come back the next day to pick it up. Long story short they had to keep the car for a couple days to replace some fuel injectors. Randy the sales manager wasted no time providing me a loaner vehicle till mine was fixed knowing I would be out of town for a few days with it. Luxury dealership with Luxury Service! Thank you so much for the great experience! I’ll be back for my next Land Rover!!!
