Once Randy (sales manager) assigned his secret weapon Randi to take over my account, it was the best experience ever. She kept me up to date from when my Range Rover left the UK and each step of the way until it got to Jacksonville. It was so nice to be able to track the ship from port to port. She also made it so special to have a big red bow on the hood when I picked it up along with some goodies she knew I would love. She really went above and beyond to make my experience much better than anyone ever has. Also, the next day I was contacted by Enen (specialist on how everything works on the car) to set up an appt to go back over how everything works on the car and actually came over on Christmas Eve! I didn’t expect that kind of service. He was able to set up the garage door opener for me and was so thorough explained my things I didn’t even know it did. He made sure to tell me he’d always be available to help. I’d give him and both Randy and Randi at least 10 stars if I could. Thank you all for going way over the top for me and I’d recommend you all to everyone. Thanks for making my Christmas the best ever. Julie Lill 💖
