My Service Advisor at Kia of Orange park are Phenomenal & so Awesome, Mr. Rene Rivera took care of everything i needed done he's the best , he explained everything to me in way I could really understand so I appreciate that & i appreciate everyone at Kia of Orange park thank you to all. As long as i have my Kia . you'll always have me as a customer.!!!!
Service was way above any other service department experience I've had. Outstanding communication from the technician who serviced my car. And faster than I anticipated (I was late for my appointment). I'll be back, for service or to upgrade my vehicle. Keep that up! Thank you

I would not recommend this company to ANYBODY!! How do you send somebody off in a car without a contract? After signing documents and paperwork, why are yall still calling to ask for more information that yall already received!?. How do you constantly run people’s credit without their acknowledgment? This is the absolute worse company there is do not go here at all.
I decided to try this dealership because my aunt had a great experience buying her car online and over the phone with them. I went the same route — filled everything out online, spoke with Chris, and made it very clear that I didn’t want to drive in just to be told no. I was upfront about my credit situation, and he reassured me enough to convince me to come in. I regret it. The building alone was a shock. I honestly hope it’s temporary, because it felt unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Then Chris shared a personal story that was completely inappropriate for a customer conversation. It made the whole interaction uncomfortable. After all that, I was basically told to “wait a year and try again.” No real effort, no real options, nothing that matched the confidence he gave me on the phone. It felt like a complete waste of time. There’s a Kia dealership three miles from my apartment, and if I decide to go with Kia in the future, that’s where I’ll go. After this experience, I’m honestly glad they didn’t try harder to earn my business. Not a good experience at all.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle, however, customer service after the fact has been horrendous. I am either put on hold for 15 minutes or more when trying to contact the finance department and can't get through, can"t get in touch with the general manager, or given a personal number to call just for them to hang up on me without answering and then immediately texting me that they will call me back with no call back. This has gone on for two weeks now and all I have been trying to get answered is the status of my warranty refund after 2 months!
