Car has been in shop for 3 weeks now for a relatively small repair and everytime I call them it's one excuse after another as to why they don't have it fixed. One of them being "everyone is out sick with the flu" EVERYONE?? come on people get it together! Will be taking my business elsewhere
It's been one month since I purchased a 2020 kia sorento,I purchased it with ac problems,which the dealership somehow can't fix,and car came with oil leakage but was fixed.Now the car is burning oil and the motor has making noises
This has been happening since my first week me owning it
And I bought this car for my wife, and this is my wife's car
All I want to know is if they can fix these issues

They will definitely get you in a car regardless of your credit but your car note will be as much as rent and the do not honor their warranty!!! They sold me a car and there were 3 safety recalls on the car and when I called they brushed me off!!! I would never refer someone to go here to purchase a car! Quite the opposite!

I can’t say enough great things about Alex, our service advisor at Kia of Orange Park. He is always attentive, courteous, and professional every single time we come in. Alex takes the time to clearly explain what’s going on with our vehicles, answers all of our questions, and makes sure we feel confident about the service being done.

This is literally the best Kia dealer in Jacksonville. I bought my Kia Stinger here back in 2019 and they gave me a pretty good trade amount for my car, more than I expected. But I lived on the other side of town and was taking my car over to the Southside dealership. Not that I didn’t have a good experience over there but it was very inconsistent. They were always changing service advisors, there was also a time when I went to have a service repair done and a sensor ended up getting broken in the process.
But then I moved to the west side and started coming to the OP dealership and it has been life-changing. I will NEVER go back to the Southside dealer. Rene is my favorite service advisor, always ready to receive the customer with open arms and a warm smile, he just has an awesome attitude overall!! It really makes having to drop serious money a much more enjoyable experience. Not to mention he really does think about the customers pockets and always finds way to make things more affordable for us! He’s fast, he’s funny, super-smart and any team that should have the privilege of working with him is a winning team!!! That man deserves a raise AND a promotion!! Thanks Orange Park Kia!!!
