We just did our 3rd new car purchase with Key and they were fantastic, as usual. Zahn is a great salesman to work with and Brian is a patient sales manager (that isn't easy with a nickel and dimer like me). Kudos to their service department and collision center as well. Been doing business Key Auto Group since 2018 and have never left dissatisfied. They are the bar by which car dealerships should be measured, in my opinion.

Kim was Incredible!! My mom knows more of the sales and warranty of the auto world so I tend to lean on her for help and Kim did everything in her power to give me a great deal on my new vehicle and even squeezed us in before they closed! The reason I leave out a star is bc of the finance guy. I don’t remember his name but I’ll edit this when I find it. He has lots of family photos and photos of his daughters. Everything was smooth until my mom discussed we would only add so much in warranty and although he offered more she politely declined. He went on to make a comment about me “flipping the bill” if something were to happen. My parents were pretty quick to call him out, rightfully so. He had no right to make a passive comment or even speak words like that out about me in a vehicle. Then I apologized for the awkwardness later and he still had the audacity to make a comment pointing towards car failure and my mom making her decision. I may be young but I can detect a not so nice person, I don’t like people with that kind of behavior. So please get it in check. LOVE KIM THOUGH :) she’s the reason the stars are up, please know that
