If your idea of a good time is dropping your vehicle off for trivial warranty work and waiting almost a week to get it back while you have to physically visit the department to get any kind of update then you’ve found the right place. Even the service director has the same practice of ignoring customer calls as the service manager. It’s all around fun if you’re into that kind of thing!

I had some requirements in mind that they would need to meet (price mainly) for me to be interested in a car and they ACTUALLY listened. I wanted a Limited Ioniq 5 before the tax credit went away and they didn't have any Limited trims available, but were able to show me a great deal on an SEL trim just to give me an idea of what I was looking at. I told them I was still interested in the Limited and zero hassle with trying to twist my arm and stay or whatever. They texted me immediately when a Limited 2026 came in and gave me some numbers to confirm it fit what I was looking for. Later that week I drove off with a new 2026 ioniq 5 Limited and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. TLDR : no hassle and great customer service.
