- KRKeith Richter4 days ago2.0Just remember the ticket price is way below what you're going to pay. From my experience add $6000-$7000. Then once you get that monthly payment, you go in the finance office. Then they introduce you to a number of warranties that you can purchase. In my experience if you add a few your monthly payment can go up 20%-50% higher. Just remember price on the car is just a bait to get you excited.

Patti was my sales person and she was absolutely the best. I don’t think I have ever met a car sales person better than Patti. Mike the finance manager Made it easy to speak with to speak with In Laymans terms.. There were two other people a real nice lady that helped show me some things on the car when Patti was with another customer and Nelson, who tried to help me with the blue link, but I have a problem on my account. It wasn’t them. I can tell you key Hyundai is fabulous.

Vince was super friendly, patient, and really listened to what I needed and what fit my budget. He let me test drive multiple options and never pressured me at all. We ended up finding a well-maintained used 2022 Kona that I absolutely love! Vince may be new, but he was knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole experience easy. Brian, his manager, was also great and helped finish everything smoothly. Highly recommend working with Vince if you’re car shopping!
