BEWARE: Horrifying lack of communication. Will not answer calls or texts. You have to go in person to get anyone to acknowledge you. Receptionists are unhelpful as well.

Driving from NJ to south Carolina to Jacksonville realized needed to do an oil change on my 2025 GMC Sierra on Saturday called up a bunch of GMC dealers in the area left voice messages, Only Key Buick called back and easily scheduled an appt early Monday, everything went silky smooth for someone like me that's traveling and unfamiliar with the area, I was extremely pleased with the timely service. I definitely recommend Key Buick GMC!!

Very friendly and good service. Immediately greeted. However, waited almost 3 hours in the customer lounge for the oil change. I understand that it was a Saturday and good mechanics are hard to find. Just a LONG wait. Service manager took $20 off to make it right, which I appreciate. I would go back.

Wow this dealership is unlike any other I’ve ever experienced in Jacksonville! I cam from a Ford family with an uncle who owned several Ford dealerships so I was always treated like family. He recently sold them all and I needed a new truck but didn’t know who to go to. The Ford dealers in the area I went to wanted to take my money but gave me the worst customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. Key GMC made me feel like I was family, just like my uncle’s dealerships used to. Ford’s quality has dramatically dropped in the last 8 years since I bought my last truck and after test driving a new Sierra Denali I was sold on every aspect. The quality of ride, tech, and sleek appearance made it an easy decision for me. The staff at Key GMC made the trade in and purchase process so smooth and painless. Matt Toney is a star and the GM Derek Archer is all about the customer. Again another experience I’ve never had at any other dealer. They’ve made a lifetime customer out of me and I will be giving them my business from now on. If you’re unsure of where to buy your next vehicle, give these people a chance, they will earn your business, trust me!

The service department has been less than stellar. Seems like the service dept doesn't want to help. Car broke down when on a trip to Ohio in SC, turned around drove back to Orlando and car died in Jax, was towed here and they basically made me feel like I had to call Cadillac customer service to get car back to Orlando because they didn't want to deal with it. It seemed as if since it was warranty and i didn't buy the car from them they didn't care. Service manager didn't return messages from Cadillac corp to reunite my car to my wife for 36 hours. 1st Caddillac I bought New and will be the last--Horrible service. My vehicle is 2024 Cadillac XT4 Sport Premium Purchased Brand New--This issue has occurred 4 times identical issue--most likely a lemon.
