- DCD CintSep 17, 20251.0This place sucks, I took my car there for 3 things in which the older gentleman at the front counter wrote down when I dropped off my car. #1)O2 sensor, #2) window not working #3) check for a bad ground (which they corrected) but the reason why my check engine light was on was a bad O2 sensor which is what i also wanted them to fix.....come to find out when I left the shop and the CE light came back on and O2 sensor not replaced....listen im not angry but they were so rude about it when I bought it back and asked if the 02 was replaced to the point where I had to tell the man "god bless you" in hopes calm his nerves....truth is they only charged me $119 to fix the bad ground which is chump change for me but little did they know I had another $1,000.00 to spend on maintaining the vehicle that day that could of been in there pocket since the vehicle is my travel car everyday from Jax to Orlando...but since they were so rude and defensive ill take my $$ and other 4 cars else where...but no I can't recommend this place.And I hope they learn if the customer is coming in to spend more $, make the customer happy and let them spend more $ just take accountability.....and look back at your camera and see that the older gentlemen that I dropped the car off to at 930 am wrote down each thing I requested to be repaired.
