- J1Jeremy 1Dec 31, 20255.0I had the misfortune of being involved in two minor accidents within two months of each other after >20 years of being accident free, both incidents were not my fault. No structural issues due to the accidents, just cosmetic dents and bad paint. When working with my insurance they asked me what repair shop I preferred, I had no idea of a good or bad auto repair shop to use. They recommended Joe Hudson as a shop they guaranteed the work of, I said “OK”. I brought my car to the Joe Hudson and found the two ladies working in the front to be friendly, helpful and professional. I got my car back the following week and it looked great, very happy. A month later and the second accident, I when straight back to Joe’s. They repeated the same quality of work with the same professionalism, updating me through text messages on the progress of my car. There is even 2 car rental shops within walking distance of the shop. (The rental shops had a shuttle service). The back plastic bumper covering did get replaced due to damage. I hope to never need their service again… but will not hesitate to go back if needed.

Insurance listed several local body shops in their network, and I am so glad I went with Joe Hudson's. Got the car back like new and cleaner (both outside AND inside) than when I dropped her off. Shout-out to Glenda and Jodi for their patience with this dinosaur who couldn't respond to links sent automatically to my flip phone (yes, they still make them :) ), which meant I had to call and interrupt their day. I hope my baby doesn't need body work again, but if she does, I know where we're going!

However, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the paint job on the front end. It doesn’t match the rest of the car and stands out in a way that’s hard for anyone in eyesight to ignore. It's a total eye sore. I followed their advice to let the paint cure in the sun for a couple of months without washing it, but even after that, the result looks off and poorly done. Unfortunately, the craftsmanship was severely under par.
