If you aren’t happy with your job; find a new one. They had no knowledge of the van. Tried to tell me my work van was a specific type of work van. However, that specific type was only a Mercedes. They told me I needed 8 quarts of oil when I actually only needed 6. If they are new employees then the company should train them better. If they are veteran employees then the company should handle this accordingly. I will not be returning to this location or jiffy lube as a company. I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this location and knows how I was treated. They had some snark remarks to my questions as I was genuinely confused. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
