  I came to get my oil change today & overall it was a good experience. Reese and Zachary did a great job but my issue is with the manager, Rick. He blatantly yelled at all the employees right in front of me & made me extremely uncomfortable. I've been in a customer service management roll before & never would I confront my employees in front of a customer. It makes staff feel embarrassed, customers uncomfortable, and all round ruins the experience. It really rubbed be the wrong way & I don't appreciate when the people providing me a service are being publicly humiliated. These men do not clock in to have that happen to them. They seemed to know exactly what they're doing & from my experience, a micromanager will ensure that the company looses business & staff.

  I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I want to give a special shout-out to Rick, the Area Manager/Trainer, who was incredibly helpful and truly went the extra mile to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this location!

  Worst service ever. I came in for a “15-minute oil change.” I understand that they offer additional services, which is fine. In the end, I agreed to the oil change, tire alignment, and brake replacement. I was told it would take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking over 3 hours. The excuse given was that they brought the wrong replacement part. If that was the case, I should have been informed immediately that the service would take longer, so I could decide whether or not to proceed. Instead, there was no clear communication at all. This shows a serious lack of respect for customers’ time and points to poor logistics and internal processes. The staff needs better customer service, time management, and operational organization. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

  I literally pulled in to get free air in my front passanger tire and by the end of the day I had more damage than I came with. When I first pulled in two men confirmed at the same time that I had a nail in my tire, while another man asked me to pop my hood for no reason. After a few minutes two men were under my hood, then another came and told me I had an oil leak and it needed to be fixed as soon as possible. He said he could inspect it for $39 and then clean all the oil totaling $260. Then he told me he could fix the leak and it would take 4 hours…after I ended up paying $716 in total. This was at 9:50am. At 2:00pm I called and my car wasn’t done, he said it was a major job and it would take 2 more hours. I called again at 4 and the manager- Marcus told me that he had 3 other cars before mine, which he never disclosed to me. If he had, I would’ve came back instead of letting them drive me home. I took an Uber back at 4:45 and told them to give me my car back. Upon apologizing they offered me a free oil change, however when they finally brought my car around at 5:25pm the tire pressure for the front driver tire was not reading. I thought it would come back on after I drove for a while. By 6:25 all the readers went out and my TPMS altered on my car. I called the store immediately and they didn’t answer so I drove back and told Marcus, the manager, what happened. He literally looked at me and said his mechanics didn’t touch it (even though BRAKE CLEANER is on my invoice) and it wasn’t their fault, and even though my TPMS system has worked fine for months and it’s that very system that alerted me to get air in the first place. He told me that I needed to take it to a tire place to have it checked because they don’t do tires and those sensors can go out at any time. Again I said there was no problem until his mechanics came from up under my car and again, he had no resolve to offer me. Like at all, literally shaking his head and shrugging his shoulders at me. I feel completely taken advantage of and I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to them. After $700, I still have to go somewhere else to have my car worked on, AND fix the tire I originally went there for. Go somewhere else, even if it is to another Jiffy Lube.
