This is the worst after sales service experience that I have ever had in a luxury vehicle. Purchased a 2025 GV80 top of line and have discovered valet service might as well be non existent. When i have called for service appointments or recall notice appointment i have been told it will be months before they can schedule my valet service appointment and Mary in the service department is not even apologetic or conciliatory. It is ridiculous. I’m fed up! I’ve got a call into the dealership manager. We’ll see if I get a response.

DO NOT GO HERE! Unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers time and buying experience to say the least. Wasted my time and did not care one bit, I live in Central Florida and was looking at Toyota Rav4's.. on the site there was one listed and it stated it was located in Leesburg, FL. After further contact I was told by internet sales Manager Sarah Hall, it was located on their Jacksonville, FL lot. And she was "looking at it right now" I explained on the site it stated it was in Leesburg, fl, she stated they share inventory across multiple dealerships but it was in fact on the Jacksonville lot. I was not going to drive to Jacksonville to look at the car. But Sarah further contacted me saying she could do a deal on delivery & the whole 9. So I made a appt for the next morning to drive over 2 hours to Jacksonville to see the vehicle because I was interested. Well when I got there Sarah was not there, and the vehicle was in fact IN LEESBURG, FL. I got the EXCUSE "She's new and doesnt realize we share inventory with other dealerships and the vehicle is in Leesburg, FL" Totally wrong because, me & her discussed inventory & dealerships at a length. They wasted my time, they then tried to get me to look at a Genesis.. & I told them no. I was very upset and I wanted to look at the Toyota Rav4 that was listed so I was going to drive back home to look at it, 5 mins from my house. I asked to speak to a manager and they stated Sarah was in charge I asked for someone above her & they told me a Chris but he wasn't available until Mon. So I left. They then decided to give my number to the dealerships beside them, which called me repeatedly to look at SUV's. Unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers time and buying experience to say the least. Anyways I bought a 2025 Toyota Rav4 elsewhere, traded in my car and put money down. So their loss for being Unorganized, Unprofessional, and Disrespectful.

Jenkins Genesis is by far the best Genesis dealership I have visited in Florida. The sales staff is friendly, professional with very low pressure. They are trained to be more customer service advocates and less used car sales people. They are more concerned about moving cars than ripping off customers. The customer waiting area have comfy seating and a community table to do work while you wait for service. They offer free coffee/tea, snacks and WIFI. They found the exact car I wanted (color/options), and were low pressure on negotiating the deal to my satisfaction. This dealership is what all other Genesis dealers wish they could be...

I would have normally given this dealership five stars; however, my experience with the Internet Sales Manager, Sarah Hall, was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I have never been treated this way at any dealership. Sarah contacted me unexpectedly and asked me to come in because the key we had been waiting on for several days had been located, allowing us to finally test-drive the Genesis GV70. I explained that we already had plans to visit another dealership and would only come by if we did not reach an agreement there. Despite this, she was very persistent and promised a “deal of a lifetime,” a $50 gift card, and a full tank of gas—even if we did not purchase a vehicle. When I asked what the deal entailed, she stated she could not disclose it over the phone but assured me it would save me hundreds on my monthly payment. Based on these promises, I agreed to come in. Upon arrival, I was presented with the exact same offer I had previously received. When I asked about the “deal of a lifetime,” no one seemed to know what I was referring to. I requested to speak with Sarah and was initially told she was busy. After insisting, she eventually came out. When I again asked what the deal was, she avoided answering directly. I politely asked her again for clarification, at which point she responded with an attitude, stating, “I’m trying to tell you,” and reverted back to discussing the $50 gift card. At that point, I stood up and said I was leaving, as my time was being wasted. I asked for the items that had been promised, and she slammed her hands on the desk and said they would be mailed to me. As I was leaving, Sarah yelled that I was being disrespectful. I returned to address the accusation, and only then did a manager intervene. When the manager asked Sarah to leave, she walked past me and laughed in my face, which further escalated the situation. Ultimately, we still purchased the vehicle because my wife loved it and the rest of the staff went out of their way to correct the situation. However, Sarah’s behavior was unprofessional and nearly cost the dealership a sale. No customer should be treated this way, and her conduct reflected poorly on what was otherwise a great team.

Buyers beware. While driving to Universal Genesis in Orlando, Jenkins Genesis of North East Jacksonville repeatedly contacted us to stop by and negotiate. They were eager to earn our business, but the experience that followed fell far short of the Genesis luxury experience we expected. I regret stopping at this dealership, as Universal Genesis Orlando was transparent from the start, providing detailed quotes and clear information before we ever stepped into their showroom. At Jenkins Genesis, they insisted we purchase the Jenkins Value Package. Even though we clearly stated we did not want it, they applied other discounts to match the final price we were negotiating because the package was included in the Buyer’s Order I signed to close the deal. We never saw the exact vehicle before signing, but we proceeded in good faith, trusting a luxury brand and its dealership. After spending nearly seven hours at the dealership, our 2026 Genesis GV80 3.5 Prestige was delivered from a different lot referred to as “Orange Park” at 7:45 PM, just minutes before closing. The vehicle was dirty inside and out, which we initially overlooked due to the late delivery. The following day, upon reviewing the vehicle more carefully, we realized the Jenkins Value Package had not been installed. When we followed up on the first business day, Jonathan Ieraci, the sales associate, told us that service was closed when the vehicle arrived from Orange Park and that we simply took delivery. We escalated the issue to Sales Manager Dennis Sergent and GSM Chase Hill, but were repeatedly told we “did not pay for it,” without providing the Buyer’s Order that contains the Jenkins Value Package we signed. Since then, we have been promised multiple callbacks that never happened. We were the ones constantly following up, with little to no response. It has now been a week since we received the vehicle, and the lack of accountability, transparency, and customer care has been exhausting. Instead of enjoying our new luxury vehicle, we have been left chasing what we already paid for. This experience shows a serious lack of commitment to customers once the sale is complete. I do not recommend Jenkins Genesis of North East Jacksonville.
