  I have to be honest-the vehicle 2025 GV70 3.5T has been very disappointing. The quality, reliability and ongoing tech issues have been far below what I was used to with my Lexus. However, the service team at Jenkins Genesis of JAX has been excellent. Will, in particular, has been outstanding, professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Tyler in the loaner dept was also a stand out and made the process as smooth as possible. Every single employee I met... and I've been there for days at a time...were pleasant, well trained and easy to work with, a completely different experience from what I had in New Hampshire. Service makes a big difference and this dealership gets it right.

  I truly can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at Genesis Jacksonville! I want to express my deepest gratitude to Cole, Chase and Sarah for making it possible for me to drive home with my dream car- Brand New 2026 GV70! They ALL made this process so easy, quick and stress free. Cole was absolutely wonderful to deal with when it came to closing the deal and filling out all the paperwork, he was so nice, patient, went over all the features of my car with me. He set everything up for me before I left the dealership and made sure I was completely satisfied before I drove away. Sarah was amazing at following up, keeping in touch with me & answering all my questions in such timely manner, she was so kind & lovely to talk to! Chase found me the exact car I was looking for from the color, trim level and detail, he was very professional and helped get me the best deal. The dealership itself was beautiful, everything was so clean. They have a gorgeous lobby, where I relaxed and had a delicious hot chocolate while my car was getting detailed. Once everything was finished Cole took me to my car where it was waiting with a big red bow on it, and a bottle of wine in the front seat. It’s the small details that matter. I even received a thank you letter and a box of brownies at my door 2 days later (which they were delicious)! I am beyond in love with my car and can’t thank everyone at Genesis Jacksonville enough!

  The facility is beautiful and the work on my 2025 GV80 was completed, however the service technician drove my car off the lot to their personal residence without my permission. I only found out because I received an alert on my phone that my car doors were unlocked at 3am. When trying to find out who and why, the person who drove it home lied to me until I came back to pick it up. They were supposed to do an investigation however they stopped calling me to keep me informed about said investigation. If they contact me, I may update this review.

  I had a great experience at Genesis. Fred Layser, the manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for excellent service and a great experience.

  Great experience at Genesis. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The managers were super helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy. You can tell this dealership truly works as a team. Highly recommend Genesis if you’re looking for excellent service and a stress-free experience.
