My husband and I went to Jacksonville CJDR westside. This is our second purchase from them, We had the honor of working with Asbel , Will , and Paul they are awesome, very friendly and made sure we was happy with our purchase, Will and Paul helped me get a car this time we went back to get my husband a truck. They worked hard to be sure we got what we wanted. We will definitely go back to them when we want to get another vehicle.

Had a check engine light on my Ram 2500. I plugged in a code reader at home and received a code indicating that the def particulate matter sensor was faulty, a process that took about two minutes.
I made an appointment to bring it into this dealership for diagnosis and repair. I assumed they would diagnose it on the initial visit, order the part, and that I would need to bring it back when the part came in. When I came in, I was met by my service advisor, Joe. This was on a Thursday. I was asked if I had a ride home. I told Joe that if it wasn’t going to take too long, I would wait. I was told that their diesel mechanics were in a class and that they definitely would not be able to get to it that day and also may not get to it the next day. Since it was Thursday, that meant that they may not get to it until the following week, so I opted to take my truck home and reschedule.
I made an appointment for a few weeks later. I brought the truck in and it was there for a couple days. Their diagnosis was the same as the one I made using a code reader at my house, a faulty def particulate matter sensor. Joe said that he was ordering the part and that they should have it in about four days. After waiting about 2 1/2 weeks and not being contacted, I called and asked to speak to Joe. I was told they would give him a message to call me, but if I hadn’t heard back in a few hours to call again. I didn’t hear back so I called again. This time I was sent to his voicemail, which was full. I did hear back from him a little later and was told that they still didn’t have the part. I was told it would be a few more days.
During the initial visit, they also did a multi point inspection and told me that my ball joints had play in them and needed to be replaced. This was odd because I had just had them replaced at another shop less than a year prior. When I picked up my truck, I took it back to the shop that had replaced the ball joints. They said that it would be no problem for them to warranty them for me if there was, in fact, any issues with them. They took a look and found that the ball joints were tight and had no play in them. They took me back into the shop and showed me that they were tight. After this, I took the truck to another independent shop for a second opinion. They also told me that there were absolutely no issues with the ball joints. I’m not sure if the Jax Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside tech that looked at my truck was inept or if they were just trying to cheat me into paying for an unnecessary repair.
The following week, the part came in and I was contacted by Joe asking when I’d like to schedule the repair. I told him anytime in the next few days or the following week would be great. He told me that they might be able to take it the next week, but that they’d need it for at least a couple days, because they weren’t likely to be able to start on it right away. I then asked him if making an appointment further in the future would enable them to be able to actually start on it on the actual day of the appointment. He then told me that he couldn’t just tell the technicians to drop what they were doing to start on my truck. I would agree that things happen and I wouldn’t expect them to drop everything as soon as I pull in. I would think that if you make an appointment, they would at least start repairs on the day of the appointment. Joe told me that the “appointments” aren’t actually appointments. They are just drop off times.
I ended up just scheduling the repair appointment online and ended up with a different service advisor this time, Alicia. She was actually great. She got me checked in quickly and called me about an hour later was calling me to give me an update and a timeline for the repair. Less than 24 hours later, she called me and told me the truck was ready.
It’s a shame, because my previous experiences with this dealership had been positive. Aside from my experience with the last advisor, Alicia, this past experience was anything but.

First I want to give a huge thank you to Paul & Asbel. This place is so amazing from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. I was greeted at the door by Asbel and from that moment he has been very helpful. I went there expecting not to walk out with a car & bad news but they both (Paul and Asbel) did an amazing service to get me into something new. The process was very smooth & the conversations were very understanding & no confusions were in place. I would recommend this place to any family and friends. Thank you Paul and Asbel

I truly cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for Lilly. From the very beginning, she made the entire car-buying experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. She helped me purchase my Toyota, and not only that, she also went above and beyond to help my mom get a car as well. That means so much to me and my family. Lilly was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we both drove away happy and confident in our decisions. She didn’t just sell us cars she treated us with respect and made us feel valued. It’s rare to find someone who puts that level of care and dedication into their work. We are both incredibly grateful for everything she did for us, and we truly appreciate her hard work and support throughout the entire process. Thank you, Lilly, for making this such a positive and memorable experience for our family.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST !!!
Zero out of ten—would not recommend to anyone. This was by far the worst car-buying experience of my life. I purchased a 2026 rubicon jeep and expected to be treated with at least basic human respect, but apparently this company has no morals. And will promise you anything to get your money.
The salesman was extremely pushy and blatantly dishonest. He refused to allow me to remove my personal belongings from my trade-in vehicle and would not let me take off my aftermarket modifications after finalizing the sale, even though that was what was initially agreed-upon. The agreement was for me to return the next day to remove approximately $10,000 worth of mods. He told me to “trust him” and assured me that my jeep and all of my mods and personal belongings left in my jeep would be safe when I returned. THEY WERE NOT!!!
When I returned the next day, my jeep was GONE and so were all of my personal items and mods!. Instead of being apologetic or attempting to resolve the situation, the salesman argued with me and tried to gaslight me. CONVENIENTLY now I’m being told that there is no buyer’s remorse policy! so keep that in mind when buying from these evil people!
As a result, thousands of dollars worth of my property was effectively stolen! . Because I simply “trusted” my salesman. I feel completely lied to, taken advantage of and disrespected. I truly wish I had never gone there. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
