Today they literally broke federal laws. I'm buying a truck so my family myself can travel the country going to buy an RV. I was specifically looking for Ram rebel. They didn't have any used. Once in stocks they brought out a bighorn. The sales guy. You know it's a nice truck that sells guy told me the price was $35,000 before taxes and tags and all that and I looked at him I said that's really expensive. I said I can get rebels a higher trim. Mind you with about the same miles for about 10,000 less and he couldn't really talk his way out of it. I pulled up cargurus and I showed him. I wasn't lying. I have pictures of everything including this deal. So we went back and forth for a couple minutes and he goes well. What about this? What about 29,000 from 35? Find you and zero down. That sounds like a pretty good deal. So I said okay after being pushed into it cuz I really didn't want to make a decision about my wife there. Will I put in a credit app and this isn't a oh he didn't get approved. He's just jealous or angry. He didn't get approved. I have $14,000 to put down. Getting approved is not a problem but where they broke federal law is they cannot tell you the price is $35 and then give you a better price that is bait and switch. Look it up on Google. It is a federal crime! I bring this up to myself guy with pictures and screenshots to prove I'm not lying and I ask what's the best they can do and he tried to defend it by saying what you got the deal in the end. That's not how that works. If they did it to me they will do it to you. If you go into this dealership, make sure you look at the car online because they will 100% tell you a price in person and then give you the real price. Don't trust them.

In August, my vehicle ended up getting bad gas during a road trip down to Florida. My vehicle was then towed to Jacksonville Westside Dodge service center. The service writer at the time told me I had to have everything changed out as per two fuel pumps, all injectors And all spark plugs, as well drop The Tank to drain and clean it. When they gave the bill for The repairs, The balance Was about $8000. On top of the vehicle, stalling out on the Shoulder of I-95 after filling up. My vehicle did struggle and you heard popping noise from the muffler. When I got out, I saw a smoke from the rear of my vehicle and saw a small fire Just write above the left rear exhaust. In early November, I was told by the newer service writer Brian that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. So my wife and I flew in from New York to Jacksonville to pick up my car and drive home. I noticed that my vehicle had a leak in the exhaust because they did not place it back correctly. As well, I had electrical issues that they did not correct. We sat at the dealer for about 4 to 5 hours, then the manager Matthew explained the vehicle was ready to go. My wife and I got all of 22 miles from the dealership and had to turn around because everything electrical started to shut down again. From there, we had a book a last-minute flight back to New York and leave my car behind once again. It took the dealership almost 2 months to fix the fuel system issue. My vehicle was brought to the dealership on August 23, 2025, and I just picked it up on December 29, 2025. In that whole time they could not problem solve what the electrical issue was. I repeatedly told them to look by the muffler and was told that their master tech/foreman looked and still couldn’t find the issue. When my vehicle was being picked up and was on the trailer. I went under the bumper myself, and within a minute, I found the issue that none of The technicians could find. Which is very disturbing that for an issue that I found immediately, my service writer Brian explained to me they have spent hours trying to diagnose the issue. Yet could not have any positive results. It’s very disappointing to put your trust into a shop that they consider to have top mechanics, yet they couldn’t find a simple issue that was right in front of their face. I would never trust this dealership to do any repairs on my vehicle let alone change my wiper blades. On top of them having my vehicle for that amount of time. There are also scratches and small dent put on my front right passenger door that was not there when the vehicle was dropped off. I’ve been trying to call them for a week now to see if we can get my door fixed, yet no one will give me a call back.

I brought my Jeep in for a routine coolant flush. During the service, the technician broke a simple plastic cover plate on my aftermarket front bumper. It's an easy fix and the dealership acknowledged the damage and told me they would order the replacement part and I would install it. I then did the legwork: I contacted Rugged Ridge, confirmed the exact part number was in stock, and provided the dealership everything needed to place the order. Despite that, the dealership stopped responding and has not followed through. At this point I’m ordering the part myself and installing it myself, because I can’t get them to simply do what they said they would do. If you own a Jeep (or care about your vehicle being treated responsibly), I would avoid this dealership. Mistakes happen; ignoring the customer afterward is the real issue. Attached are the email conversations with the rep.

My Jeep was at this dealership from November 20-25 with no diagnosis. I had to keep calling and even went in person with my 5-year-old on multiple occasions. The service advisor, Dan, was fired during this time, which made things worse. Less than a week later, on December 2, the car was back for the same starting issue. It would start normally, but after being on for a few hours, it wouldn’t turn over again until 1-2 hours. It took 6 days to diagnose and 15 days to replace the oil pump. The mechanic explained everything to me and assured me that replacing the oil pump was the problem, which is why it took so long. However, after they finished, the engine light was on, the car started shaking , and they also claimed the timing chain was unaligned. These were issues I’ve never experienced before and is NOT stated on any documentation I’ve received. I have even told them since the beginning that I had replaced the starter myself, but they ignored this and didn’t consider it as the cause. Once they realized the oil pump wasn’t the issue, GM Vlad stepped in. They provided a loaner car immediately on December 24th, saying parts/ repairs would take 3-5 days. Within four hours of leaving the dealership, they found and replaced the starter for “free”. Throughout this process, they knew I don’t have another vehicle. This car is how I get my son to school and my partner to work. We’ve had to rent cars, take Ubers, and my partner has missed 2 days of work because we have no resources left. It’s either pay to go to work or pay to get your car back. When I disputed the oil pump cost, they refused to help or negotiate. Instead, they pressured me to return the rental the next day, December 27, trying to force me to pay for a repair that wasn’t even the real problem. They’ve ignored my situation, shown no accountability, and made everything much worse. Be very careful and demand clear, honest answers before trusting this dealership.

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted, I was extremely adamant about what I wanted as it being my first car and the means to getting me out of a domestic situation. I wanted nothing else, and was clear about mileage and everything. I met with Bruce and After hours of getting a run around, and refusal for transparent pricing or speaking with fianance about questions about APR and seeing the paperwork I decided to just leave. I was told I couldn’t get any of that information unless I signed paperwork. Mind you they’d already provided me with a bare minimum pricing breakdown so what was the issue with that? “It’s just policy” is what he said. I then am adamant that I do not want a particular car and bruce shows me that car I was adamant. I did not want that had over 109,000 miles on it and zero warranties. After being so adamant that I needed to have warranties on a car…. That made me realize that I could not trust anything that the he was saying. I looked at the car that I had settled on, and I saw that it had a crack on the windshield. He told me they would be able to repair it and then later turned around and said I would need to use my insurance to fix it because they couldn’t repair it. I advised him due to it being pre-existing damage it’s not something that I would be able to repair. Also, claiming that on my insurance would be a fraudulent insurance claim. I ended up calling another dealership who was willing to pick me up from this particular dealership and assist me there. I literally ran out of these because it was just ridiculous and another buyer there advised I just go somewhere else. . I’m still in the market for a vehicle unfortunately the second dealership I went to sold the car I was going to get as I was on my way there. , however I won’t be returning this this one. It was a very sleezy and dishonest process.
