No pressure. He even let us keep the truck through the weekend while our bank was closed. We drove the competition. The Ram won by a mile. Great team, great truck!

I asked how long would it take , he said 4 do an emblem. 4 hours later I called and text the service guy for 2 hours with no answer . 6 hours later I decided to go by the dealership just to find out they never rapired my car and no one bother to tell me . I asked a service to speak with a manager and What for ? Like as a customer I have no right to speak to a manager. Worse service ever and total wasted of my time.

I have a diesel jeep wrangler & Joseph assumed I was dumb and called me before my appt to tell me I had gas in my diesel tank after I’ve been driving it for over 100 miles LOL. Everyone knows gas on a diesel would have taken a few minutes to damaged my engine and other parts of my car. Billed me $3k. Long story short they have lies coming out their mouth. I took my jeep home and has gone thru THREE different mechanics to tell me there’s no sign of GASOLINE in my tank. Don’t waste your time, get SEVERAL OPINIONS.

He was professional, patient, and respectful the entire time—even when I became frustrated with the long wait for my repair. It wasn’t his fault at all, and I apologized to him immediately, but he never once changed his tone or demeanor. There was a lot of back and forth with the part, including someone ordering the wrong part, and the labor itself took much longer than expected. In total, I waited five hours, and I had my toddler son with me. But despite all of these challenges, Dan stayed on top of everything. He kept me informed at every step, explained the delays clearly, and was completely honest about the timelines. That level of communication is rare, and it made a huge difference. Because of Dan, I will forever remain a customer at the Commonwealth location. His professionalism, integrity, and dedication to customer care turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Employees like him are the reason people stay loyal to a business. Dan deserves to be recognized—and truly, he deserves a raise. He represented the dealership with excellence, and it’s employees like him who elevate the entire customer experience. Thank you, Dan, for everything. If our jeep just needed differential serviced, we would have it back the same day. If not, it would be three days. We rented a car for three days to find out they have yet to even touch our vehicle on the third day. Service manager, Brian is a joke and needs training. As a business owner myself communication is key! If you tell a customer you are going to do something you do it. I will not bring my vehicle back here for a car wash much less a service. We will be buying four brand new tires and using a different dealership from now on. Shame on you for not training your service managers correctly. I can only imagine the money you are losing as a dealership. Shanika was amazing the week before when she had it in for a simple battery replacement. Thank you Shanika! You are an amazing woman, with great communication skills.
