We had a very good experience with purchasing our new vehicle this past weekend. Randy was a wonderful salesperson kind and patient. He and the sales person (which I’m terrible and can’t remember his name) I had a set price and wouldn’t budge and they got us there!

I was contacted via text message by Michael D. regarding an inquiry I made on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a possible trade-in of the one I own. Highly Recommend giving Tommy and the Entire Team at Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Arlington a chance to earn new business.
I stepped on the lot based on one specific vehicle they had listed. And as it happened, took an even better vehicle off the lot spending way less than had originally anticipated.
Honestly thought Arlington Toyota and the Machine they have become would retain my business. But when the team down at the super sized dealership refused to offer any type of negotiation, I returned to Tommy and his team.
I was greeted with absolute professionalism. Sales Manager Mo and my Sales Consultant Faisol were amazing to work with. No nonsense. Just an amazing offer right from the start. Finance Manager Randy kept things progressing and did not try to bully anyone into additional coverages that are not always needed.
And wow....
The gently used Toyota Tacoma I drove off the lot is incredible.

Last 4 cars I had have been bought and sold here, I obviously enjoyed and trusted them until recently. Took my 2020 Jeep Wrangler with 87k miles on it bc it was rising in temp when idling. my coolant was marked good and no leaks, only once was my coolant mentioned in a note, so what’s going on ? I had to ask several times to better understand my coolant issue ( red and green are very different colors Jennifer, ) bc on the inspection it was marked good. My coolant was filled AFTER A TEST DRIVE ( thank you Jennifer for arguing with me when I was told it was taken for a test drive VERBALLY ) and the next morning my coolant is empty, they still turned on my jeep the next morning after noting there was no coolant where it started “excessively smoking” ( who was not watching it ) then EVENTUALLY idle down NOW there’s A blown gasket and engine failure? Jennifer constantly interrupts and was asked to please stop interrupting she is quick to shut you down and get loud. My engine blew while under the car of this dealership due to the poor negligence of the service team I am entitled to answer and ask questions especially when things are marked wrong and I am to simply be ok with it? So am I to believe what’s on paper or whats being told verbally it’s still contradictory. Jennifer 2 min into the call said “ well just never agree” at this point an independent specialist got involved .I have the receipts of the scheduled maintenance, never did a light come on. it was rising in temp and did so once and was immediately dropped off at the dealership by their towing company.Jennifer tried to say that maybe the tow truck driver did something. There was coolant in the jeep when dropped off but that wasn’t noted until asked, the inspection was improperly marked, my spark plugs were never looked at until asked. For a usual problem that they see all the time, they assumed what was wrong 1st before properly testing... was there a pressure test ? pretty standard for what I brought in for. My cooling fan I had to make them further them look into,It went from a broken (told verbally) to intermittently working to stops working when the engine reaches 225 degrees and the cause of my engine failure not a warranty part, a key component to the engine working and part of the cooling system, wasn’t even sent to warranty (cpo and powertrain) when asked for the official diagnosis I was told I couldnt have it until I approve or deny the work, when I asked for a denial letter I was told there was nothing to deny bc it’s not a warranty part ( couldn’t get a copy of the warranties either ) I WAS PULLING TEETH ! I absolutely loved my jeep to say its owners negligence is an out to avoid responsibility ! Please tell me how there are no codes for engine failure if the car was improperly driven or taken care of inappropriately and has a blown gasket when “the engine never actually overheated”. Why was the jeep turned on and allowed to run under your protocols after noting there was no coolant and not look into where all of the coolant went overnight AFTER THE TEST DRIVE and it drove fine no leaks and marked good on the inspection. Before you send a customer a bill make sure it’s done correctly! Misty was kind to speak with and very understanding unfortunately the people around set her up for failure due to poor communication and inspections. Jennifer, if you’re going to send me quotes of things I’ve said do your research (twice myself and my uncle were told the jeep was taken for a test drive) you owe me an apology, you cannot continue to be a bully! you didn’t have all the information and had to go back and gather information that should have been done IF THE CAR WAS PROPERLY INSPECTED FOR RISING IN TEMP WHEN IDLING what do I believe what’s on paper or what’s being told verbally ? This experience has been miserable You lost my trust and I lost my jeep. I asked to speak with the owner and everyone gave excuses “we don’t know is schedule” well someone can get ahold of him for me to make an appointment surely… but no. Make it right !
