  STAY AWAY!! Apparently there are some good reviews for a salesman on here. But stay away from service. I debated coming to this dealer just because it’s not in the greatest part of town. But i gave it a chance since i work nearby. I brought my 2025 Wrangler (that’s under warranty) to get an oil change / tire rotation. There was no service advisor available and the area was EMPTY; so I stood around for almost ten minutes. I even debated driving away. They claim they could not unscrew the drain plug and if they strip it, i could get quoted $2000 to fix it. what!? They said I should go back to the dealer that did it last. So I took my car back from them with no oil change. i brought my car back to North Carolina (where I also live at times) for an oil change and they were like “nothing is wrong with the plug; it came off so easily.” This dealer was trying to mess with me. Probably because they think I am a white girl who doesn’t know anything & they want money 🙄. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY.

  Went in with no expectations of buying from them. Already had another vehicle that I was going to purchase from another dealer. However, Randy was fantastic! He presented me something I never expected. It was more than I was looking for and just beautiful. I wasn’t completely sold though. Not until we started talking price and he offered a lifetime powetrain warranty. I had never experienced this and have bought many used cars in the past. Well that closed the deal. It didn’t hurt that Randy was so polite, courteous and in tune with what we were looking for. I urge anyone that goes here looking for a vehicle to request to speak with Randy. He is absolutely the BEST and I look forward to doing business with him again in the future.

  I brought my 2025 Jeep Gladiator in because the functions on the right door (lock/unlock, heated mirror, and interior lights) were not working. I was then presented with a $350 bill and told that the part connecting the electrical components was broken and not covered under warranty — despite the vehicle being less than two years old. What was most frustrating was the lack of clear explanation. My service advisor, Lisa Lewis, was unable to clearly explain why this would not be covered under Jeep’s warranty. When I asked whether she had contacted Jeep directly to confirm the denial, she stated that she had not. I requested that we call Jeep together to clarify the situation, and she declined, telling me it was something I would need to handle on my own. I understand that not every issue is covered under warranty, but I expected better communication and a willingness to help advocate on my behalf. Instead, I felt dismissed and unsupported throughout the process.

  I recently went in not expecting to leave with a new upgrade and had an incredible experience. Huge shoutout to Brent, who helped me with my trade-in; he was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Wayne was also amazing on the financial side of things, making sure everything was clear and smooth. Both of these guys were extremely helpful and made the transition into my new vehicle easy. If you're looking for a team that actually cares, I highly recommend asking for them!"
