  My appointment to have my water pump replaced on my 2021 ram was at 7 AM on Tuesday. After not hearing anything from my service advisor Tuesday afternoon I called her. She said they will try and get to it on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon again, not hearing anything I went to the dealership. She told me they would try and get to it by the end of the week. My appointment was at 7 AM on Tuesday morning. I told her to give me my truck. I then called another dealership on I 295 and took my truck there and the next day. I picked it up with completed and tested repairs and for $200 cheaper than Arlington wanted. This service department is a sorry excuse for a business. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

  We had such a wonderful experience at this dealership for the second time. Randy was our salesperson and he was incredible to work with! He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and never pushy. He made sure we understood every step, answered all of our questions, and helped us find exactly what we wanted. The whole process was smooth and genuinely enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership - and definitely ask for Randy!

  My experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I came in to trade my old car for a newer model and was told my payment would stay the same, but I ended up being pressured into a higher payment without clear explanation or consent. Even worse, the salesperson made several inappropriate and sexist comments, including saying that “women need to respect men” and that he “could have four wives if he wanted.” This behavior is completely unacceptable and made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable throughout the process. I expected honesty, professionalism, and respect when making such an important purchase — none of which I received here. I would strongly caution others, especially women, to think twice before doing business at this dealership.

  Walked in and explained that we had totaled our vehicle and wouldn't be able to buy until the following week but wanted to look at a few vehicles to help make a decision. That was fine until we decided to leave then it was nothing but buy today when we explained it was not possible. Now I will ho anywhere but there even though I had decided on a beautiful Jeep. All they had to do was listen to what I was saying and I would have purchased 2 days later.

  I had been experiencing some issues with my car that I had brought to a few different locations, but they were unable to diagnose it properly. I had heard fantastic things about this location and decided to bring my car by to have them look at it, and they were actually able to accurately figure out exactly what was going on with my car and what the repair would entail - and more so, they got the repair done extremely quickly. Throughout the process I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Misty for my service advisor, and I can’t downplay enough how much I appreciate her great communication and her going out of her way to regularly update me on the process, and felt extremely comfortable about the repair; mainly because of the regular updates I received from Misty. Everything from start to finish was just extremely efficient and felt like any questions or concerns I had were fully addressed immediately. i’d also like to thank Misty, who put in a noticeable effort to regularly keep me updated on the status of my car and the repair - and the communication was absolutely great. Misty was incredibly transparent and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and made me feel like I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this location for anybody needing a repair on their car.
