Request for Reimbursement for Incorrect Intoxalock Installation and to fix problems that Occurred cause of the Intoxalock Installation, and all cost that occurred while not been able to use my vehicle for the last 3 months……. Dear Intoxalock Customer Service, I am writing to formally request reimbursement for the repair costs resulting from the incorrect installation of my Intoxalock device. The faulty installation caused damage to my 2017 RAM 1500, requiring repairs detailed in the attached invoice #030220 from Allstate Auto & Truck Repair Inc., totaling $1,237.69. Enclosed is a copy of the invoice and documentation confirming the installation error. I request that Intoxalock cover the full amount of the repairs and any associated expenses and (including getting it repaired Correctlytowing). Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
