We went to 3 dealerships in one day to get the car and price we wanted. The 1st 2 dealerships were awful with bait and switch and the hold you hostage dog and pony show.
We had low expectations going into OP Hyundai. But Donald was great!! He didn't play games that typical car sales people do, and understood what we were willing to pay. We got a great car at a great deal. Only giving 4 stars because the wait for the finance manager was over 2 hours. Other than that OP Hyundai doesn't play games and works with you to get the best deal.

I purchased the vehicle 393 miles on the vehicle driving around the city no problem soon as I got on the highway it shake like crazy brought it back to the shop to find out what the problem was. They kept it for a day or so finally called me back told me there was not a problem.
So when I got there, I told them so y’all can’t find a problem but the customer can the lady in the front so let’s go take it for a ride. Take her for a test drive took it up on 295 to 103rd shake like crazy she understood had this rotors resurfaced to fix the problem and had it done by that evening same day.
After the rotor is being turned, going back on the highway still shakes and has problems made a second appointment
Had the vehicle for approximately three weeks said they had to just replace a tire now three weeks later I was blessed they gave me a rental vehicle because obviously I need to get back back-and-forth to work to pay for a vehicle that sits in the shop
After that being replaced, took it back on the road called to let them know it’s not the problem called several times to get a hold of Mr. Sherman, which is the manager over the service department
Took him four days to get back to me. Finally got back to me says he has pictures of them turning the rotors blah blah blah well obviously it’s still did not fix the problem so we need to address it a different way.
So here we are now almost 2 weeks later still have not heard from Mr. Sherman. He said he’s going to get his rental vehicle and bring the vehicle into the shop so they can figure out what’s going on.
Now after this rain and taking it to a car wash, my back right side passenger window is now leaking another problem that needs to be addressed and fixed And I have video validation of that as well. That means the window needs to be replaced not just caulked in one little area for temporary fixing. It’s a brand new vehicle.
Same thing with the rotors and brakes need to be fully replaced. It’s under warranty manufactured to cover it without a problem.
You’re so-called pictures and validation obviously did not work
Any true Mechanic knows when you surface rotors the brakes have to be replaced as well because the damages that’s on the rotor is also on the brake pads so you will get the same grooves in the rotor that was just recently turned
With that being said February 25, I called back left a message again for Mr. Sherman to call me back that has been five days now still have not heard nothing back from Mr. Sherman, which is not helping the situation to begin with as a manager
Since I bought this 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL I’ve had nothing but problems another and another and another and when they get fixed supposedly it’s done half ass to begin with if I did this kind of work at my job I’ve been fired already the customer is what makes the money for you and your company not just your company. So let’s start learning how to take care of your customers and do the job right the first time with no questions asked.
So Mr. Sherman, I’d be looking for a great call back here soon to fix an eliminate these problems the right way and not cutting corners with a rental vehicle as well thank you..
The video is a little too long to actually add on here for the leaking in the window, but upon request, I can definitely email it to you, but it needs to be fully replaced not just re-caulked

As a Genesis owner living in St. Augustine, quality service options aren’t especially convenient. Over the past three years, I’ve chosen to drive nearly an hour in rush-hour traffic to this Hyundai dealership because the customer service is consistently excellent.
I’ve have an older stickshift classic Genesis and have been here at least six times, from routine oil changes to major service work, and every visit has been handled with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency.
Hattie Bramlitt is exceptional, and the rest of the service team reflects the same standard. Communication is clear, explanations are thorough, and options are always presented respectfully. I’m greeted courteously and managed efficiently every time.
The physical facility itself is clearly dated and quite limited in space. While this doesn’t diminish the quality of the work, it does feel out of step with both the Genesis and Hyundai brands and the level of service the staff already provides. A more modern, comfortable workspace would better support both customers and the hardworking service representatives who operate in very tight, demanding conditions.
What truly stands out is that despite the cramped and busy environment, the team consistently delivers thoughtful, high-quality service. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment never waver, even under challenging circumstances — which speaks volumes about the people working here.
For anyone who values honest communication, dependable workmanship, and being treated with respect, I highly recommend this dealership. Five stars for customer service to Hattie Bramlitt and the team who make it happen at Hyundai of Orange Park every day.
