  I had an outstanding car-buying experience at Hyundai of Orange Park! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. My sales representative, Cynthia, was very knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping me find the perfect car. A huge shoutout as well to Ron, the General Manager, who made the whole process even easier. Ron provided exceptional customer service. They even delivered my car all the way to Tampa! That level of care and convenience is hard to find, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Hyundai of Orange Park to anyone looking for a stress-free, friendly, and top-quality car-buying experience. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Horrible experience. Sales, service, finance and management are all a joke at this location! I traded in my car and purchased a vehicle from here, 2 weeks after I was called by finance manager and told if have to bring the truck back that day because something didn't go through and we had to resign. He stated I would be given a loaner for the DAY because the "deal was done" so I couldn't just use the car I traded in. Whatever. I had noticed a issue with the vehicle they sold me anyways and was happy to bring it back so they could fix that issue for free. They ended up having my vehicle for 8 days, nobody would respond to my text pertaining to the issue I was experiencing with the vehicle I just purchased. I was left on open for days, had to double text and it was like pulling teeth to talk about anything besides paperwork. (That was Jeff the finance manager) I ended up getting my truck after 8 days and had to make them check the issue on the final day because they put it off. Before leaving the parking lot I could tell the same issue was still present with Jeff claiming they couldn't find anything!! Rightfully upset I reached out to Jeff and asked if he had Helen Keller working on my truck. No response. I sent a message to the GM about the whole scenario and told him I wanted my truck FIXED!!! My original sales rep reached back out and asked me to bring the truck in and they would look at it AGAIN. I brought my truck up there and went for a ride with a service guy who can you believe it, HEARD the noise they couldn't hear last time 🤣. they had it for another 5 days IGNORING my messages the whole time when they have read receipts and I can see my messages are viewed. They did the bare minimum to fix the truck and stop the noise. I also brought up the broken fog lights full of rocks and debris figuring they would make everything right but nope they just did some shiesty business to stop the noise in my front end and didn't replace anything I brought up. If you made it this far thanks for reading and I hope I've helped you make a decision to shop elsewhere. This place cares nothing about you as a customer only the initial car sale. They don't stand behind their word or have any empathy for their customers. This is not a trustworthy establishment BEWARE!!!!! I had issues from the low lvl employee all the way to finance management and used car management. Title doesn't matter here they are all a crooked joke. Hopefully new fog lights show up at my doorstep because they really do OWE it to me after treating me like a duck. I have free time and don't have a problem standing out front on public property with DONT BUY HERE signs.

  Had to bring in my Tucson after a year of owning to get the entire engine replaced. Spent over a month without my car. Got my car back and it smokes on a daily basis. Have called multiple times for them to tell me “it’s completely normal”. So scary driving a car knowing it could break down at any moment and being stuck driving it because Hyundai is completely useless! Go anywhere else to get a car or fix your car but here.

  If you're looking for a dealership that listens to you and goes the extra mile in every way possible, look no further. I had an incredible car-buying experience here. Any time I had a question or concern it was immediately taken care of quickly and with great care. Joe was also great to work with, making sure that I understood the paperwork and answering a million questions I had for him. My car was delivered straight to my door and the process was so easy and efficient! They also threw in a cargo net and a roadside assistance kit, which was unnecessary of them, but like I said, they went above and beyond! I would buy a car from here again and again, given the chance.

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I have a 2020 Palisade that came in for an inspection because my coolant was leaking, and they said there was nothing wrong when I went to pick it up, I was able to see coolant still leaking and wasn't fixed. I don't know how yalls mechanics didn't see the green coolant on the side of my engine! This dealer is very unreliable and I can't trust them anymore. I have brought it in multiple times for my rear shocks and they said there wasn't anything wrong. I took it to key hyundai and they said they needed to be replaced immediately since they were no good. EDIT: It also drove 10x worse when I got it back!
