    I was planning to travel back to Louisiana after visiting my daughter. I received a low pressure tire warning. I put air in the tire and decided to go to have the car checked out anyway before I got on the road. They took me right away and told me all the tires were good I was on my way in 45 minutes. I can't thank Hattie enough for being so patient and informative about my car!

    My check engine light was on so I took it in and the office girl fixed my car! She saw that it had never been reset after the last oil change so my computer was registering that I was long over due for an oil change. She reset it and I was on my way. Hyundai of Orange Park has always given me great service.

    Service was great just as I expected. My advisor Leanne has always got me through the process quickly and my car continues to run like a charm! The only bad side was I used my credit card for an almost $800 service and they charged me 3% for using my card! Never before have they done this. This is not right, the response I got when I questioned this fee, I was told “other companies are doing this”. I guess that reply was supposed to make me feel better. Didn’t work.

    This is an unfortunate review to have to write. This dealership is where my son chose to spend his hard-earned money, trading in his older Hyundai with the intention of purchasing a newer vehicle he was excited about. He ended up buying a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E electric vehicle for over $70,000. The saleswoman, Q, was genuinely very nice and helpful, and even the manager initially made a good impression—praising my son for working hard and doing the right things in life. At that point, we felt confident and comfortable with the purchase. Unfortunately, that confidence quickly disappeared. My son was told by dealership staff that the vehicle could be charged using a regular household outlet, that it would fully charge in an hour or less, and that it would not use more electricity than a refrigerator. Based on those assurances, we moved forward. Despite the price of the vehicle, the car was delivered with an extremely low charge. After leaving the dealership, my son and wife were forced to scramble around town trying to find a charging station, panicking because the battery was nearly depleted. Once home, we discovered that charging via a standard outlet would actually take several days, not “an hour or less” as stated. To make matters worse, shortly afterward a check engine light came on related to a voltage issue. The car had to be returned to the dealership for service, and my son was given a rental vehicle—one he has now had longer than he has had possession of the car he purchased. We made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails seeking help, clarity, or accountability. One employee, Mike, even told us that we “should have done our research” before buying the car. That response was both disappointing and unacceptable. A customer should be able to rely on the dealership—especially when spending this kind of money—to accurately explain the basics of the vehicle they are selling. In the end, we were left to figure everything out on our own. Once the paperwork was signed and we walked out the door, support essentially stopped. No follow-up, no ownership of the misinformation, and no meaningful effort to make things right. This was a stressful and frustrating experience for a young buyer making a major financial decision. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership, particularly for anyone unfamiliar with electric vehicles who is relying on honest guidance from the professionals selling them.
