He was very understanding and never once tried to push me toward anything outside of what I wanted.   I came in on a whim Sunday afternoon too look at a specific Tiguan I really liked. The whole staff that worked Sunday was incredible. They were so attentive and helped walk me through the whole process of buying a brand new car since this was the first time I had done so. I couldnt be more appreciative with their service. My wife is extremely happy with the car that I decided to buy for her and the crew even allowed me to burrow the big red ribbon to take home to surprise her with the car. Once again thank you all from the sales floor reps as well as the management staff that helped me and all the others involved on helping me find the car I wanted.

  GREAT DEAL!!! We were in the market and decided on the 26 VW Atlas SE w/t Tech & 20" wheel pkg. We worked with our sales rep Jamaris who went above and beyond to get to the trade number as well as the financed number needed to close the deal. He let us know he would be out of town when we picked her up yesterday and made sure his partner Taylor had all our info and would handle the delivery. We live 3 hours one way and Taylor was ready and took care of us completely from arrival to when we left to head home. We also appreciate the sales mgr Brain that put the deal together to get us to the the final out the door number needed to close. One final mention to AI in finance who was extremely knowledgeable and had us in and out to get back on the road home. We LOVE our new SUV daughter Hilga yes we name our vehicles and will enjoy her for years to come. We HIGHLEY RECOMMEND this TEAM to get you the best deal possible!!! We will give them our as well as any family/friends opportunities in all future auto needs!!!

  Allen from service department hands down always gives exceptional service. Very polite, helpful, and communicative. I’ve been getting my car serviced here for a couple of years now and after being very disappointed with another Volkswagen service location, he’s always very informative and gets me in and out. I definitely think he gives informative customer service work compared to what I’ve experienced at other places. I would recommend Allen always from this location for any service needs. The others in service department are very helpful and nice too!
