But, thanks to the team at Hanania VW, let me tell you my faith is restored. From Douglas, our salesperson extraordinaire and to the phenomenal GM, Ronnie Mansour and everyone who works to assist them! It is because of their time, effort and care for their customers that I will return EVERY TIME!! Jack Sr. & Jr., please make sure they get special recognition, because they went above, beyond and everywhere in between to make me feel comfortable and secure investing in another new vehicle. The car itself has A LOT of issues from sensors to doors to general safety issues, but that's not the only reason for the 1 star review. We were verbally told that we're leasing it over 2 years (mind you we negotiated for 3 weeks before settling on it) and the thing that baffles me is that I asked if we can make it 3 and was told no. We check our lease contract and lo and behold, we're stuck with this car for 3 years. At no point were we told that our lease contract is not 2 years. Untrustworthy, will screw you over on every turn. Will also spam call/text you. Do not recommend getting a car from here.

She was very helpful, nice, knowledgeable. 100% customer satisfaction here. I originally came here for another truck but it was in the shop, so she showed me a bunch of trucks on their website and I saw interest in this truck at St. Augustine. She volunteered to drive there herself and bring the truck back the same night. She definitely deserves a raise. As well as Scottie, he helped SOOOO much with the payment and he really cared about our opinions and what we could and couldn’t afford. But he made it happen. I HIGHLY recommend this location. If I could put 10 stars I would put 10 stars. Thank you guys so much, and we greatly appreciate your time, patience and kindness!!
