Hanania Subaru is an awesome dealership. Subaru vehicles are highly reliable, efficient, and a great value. I can say the same for the two associates who helped me with the purchase of my Certified Pre-owned Subaru CrossTrek. Eric identified my needs, presented viable options, and made sure I received a fair price on the vehicle I selected. Jordan was amazingly efficient during the documentation phase of the transaction. We traveled from Savannah to grab out new 26 Forester. It wasnt my first choice of subarus but due to Financials Jonah made sure to get me something I'd love just as much as my Ascent. Right from our first conversation to closing with Mohab and Bob , the Finance manager , the experience was exceptional. I will make the drive every time just because they were so great! & noone ever likes going to the dealer but it was well worth it! Mohab, you're an amazing guy! slow leak on my tire. i took my cross trek to Hanania, they repaced the tire under my purchased warranty coverage. the next day the tire pressure was 9 psi. after several trips to the local free air pump, i made another trip to OP dealership. they said it was the valve stem core failure, I asked did you not check this on my last visit? sorry i bought the warranty coverage and i will not purchase a new car or service warranties at Hanania again. will never know if the valve stem fix worked because i got in an accident on the way home.

Do NOT go here for warranty work. I have been going here 8 years, never bad... never stellar, just a place to get work done on my Subaru. Something has changed recently and it's gone downhill. I was told they could not connect to my vehicle for a warranty claim, they had the vehicle a week and blamed me saying aftermarket wiring caused an issue. Long story short, I had three shops check it and all three had zero problems. Hanania quoted me $7k for the wiring harness, took it to another Subaru dealer after corporate advised me of such and they diagnosed and fixed it under warranty in 4 hours no charge. I have spent 5 weeks on this nonsense when another competent service team took care of it in one day. Unfortunately I have more examples here, but this is the one that broke the camels back. Best of luck if you go here, I will not go back to this dealer.

Horrendous service. I bought my car here and after my last experience with their service department, it will be my last. Almost 6 days and $800 to get an oil and brake fluid change. Go absolutely anywhere else. The lack of communication alone is enough to make the term, 'service,' department a bad joke. Reached out to management in two separate ways. My expectations could not be lower.
ETA: Call back received. The branch manager told me, "congratulations." As he hung up the phone having accomplished nothing but further excuses.
Edited to add after their unprofessional response below: Showing someone the business dealings you had with another customer would be incredibly unprofessional. Right on par for your joke of an organization. Go right ahead, they'll see that I dropped the car off on Wednesday and got it back the following Monday after almost 0 communication from your price gouging service center after 5.5 days. Accountability and communication don't exist at Jack Hanania Subaru of Orange Park.
Third and final edit:
Management will lie to you in writing on behalf of their employees about records you have copies of. Truly astounding way to run a business.
