Best Dealership! We had an incredible experience at Hanania Subaru! Lindsey made us feel welcome, answered all our questions, and made comparing vehicles easy, she knew every feature and detail of the Ascent and Forester we were interested in. Ray checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and took the time to clearly explain everything and Martin made the paperwork quick, simple, and stress-free. Just can't say enough about how well I was treated by Josh Stodel, my service advisor at Hanania Subaru. From making the appointment for the 60,000 mile maintenance to getting my car brought to me after service, he made every aspect of transaction so easy. I believe he genuinely cares for his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh at Hanania for any and all of your vehicle's needs. Everyone here is pleasant and nice to work with. I purchased my vehicle here several years ago and had a good experience and come back occasionally to have it serviced. They do a great job making sure you’re informed on what’s going on while being serviced.
I recommend booking an appointment before going to make things smoother and I believe it cuts someone the waiting time to service your vehicle.
I will continue to go back as I have not had a bad experience yet.

My family has been going to Hanania Subaru for years, and we’ve always had great experiences and bought quality cars here. This time I worked with Ian, and he was hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with at any dealership.
I came in knowing pretty much exactly what car I wanted and with a firm price range in mind. Ian was super kind, patient, offered great alternative options with notable attention to detail, but most importantly he genuinely delivered on what I wanted instead of trying to upsell or push anything else on me. At other dealerships (especially when I lived out of state), I always felt like I was getting the typical car-sales runaround — being shown cars outside my budget or promised “deals” that weren’t real.
That was NOT the case here. Even though the car I really wanted was technically above my hard-stop price range, Ian went above and beyond and got me an insane deal to make it work. The whole process — from negotiating to paperwork — was honestly the fastest and smoothest car purchase I’ve ever had.
Everyone I interacted with at Hanania Subaru was friendly and helpful, and Ian especially went the extra mile. After I bought the car, he noticed me sitting in the parking lot trying to set up Apple CarPlay, came back outside to help me, and even let me borrow his personal phone charger since I didn’t have mine with me. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare.
My family has trusted Hanania Subaru for years, and this experience with Ian just reinforced why. I 100% recommend this dealership and highly recommend working with Ian if you can.

On November 24, 2025 I had my vehicle serviced at Hanania Subaru 6400 Blanding Blvd in Orange Park. The service rep that checked me in was an older looking white guy who from the beginning was less than business like but not quite rude. What started off as an expected relatively short visit to check some setting for the car's eyesight system turned into a just short of 3 hour visit with little information given coupled by bad and incorrect information given. At one point no one knew where the car was. I was told by the intake rep that it was being test driven. 45 minutes later still no car and another gentleman was looking for it and still nothing. Each time I approached the service rep for information he had no clue. If that was all that would have happen I could have digested that and labeled it as a bad experience. Finally my car is ready and I am livid and was asking the person what happen and that I was not happy with a 3 hour (almost) service with little to no information . Things got heated and the serviced guy used a racial slur at me things quickly went downhill from there. I followed him inside and arguments ensued . The area was full of customers and workers and the manager came out and we discussed what happened. I decided that I could no longer do business with the Orange park location and would be taking my business somewhere else. I did not know the person before we met but for me he appeared very comfortable using the language that he did. After a good sales experience and follow up 1st service appointment, this came out of left field but thinking back I remembered looking in that persons eyes and my initial feelings his behavior fits the vile ignorance you would expect from a person like that.
