Everyone at the dealership was lovely. We came in at 7, not realizing they closed at 8 (they have updated hours and google still said 9). While the sales team met you at the front it didn't feel like walking into a pool of circling sharks like at some dealerships. They had the model we wanted and after a test drive we decided to take it home. We hadn't come totally prepared so we got paperwork done and picked it up the next morning where they had it waiting for us when we arrived with what was needed to complete the sale. Muhaab, was our salesmen. He was engaged, not pushy, and educated on the brand. Jordan, who did our paperwork to close the sale was awesome as well. The interaction felt easy and transparent. Several of my family already own Subaru's but this is our first. Over the moon with the purchase and the buying experience.

My one star is not reflective of the sales team, it is strictly service department.
I can’t emphasize enough how terrible my experiences have been with service. At least three occasions I have waited more than 3-4 hours WITH an early morning time appointment slot reserved. Shame on me for coming back. Yesterday I was sent home with a car that was not fixed to essentially get me out of the door because “it takes a long time to speak with the warranty company and I don’t have the time”.
I had to initiate the communication for updates after I had been there nearly three hours. Then after being sent home received no updates until I called and was met with resistance and attitude.
I will say that they tried to make up for the time spent but it should never have to come to that point. When I finally had enough and said something I was met with said resistance, not an apology.
Subaru Jacksonville had me in the same day and done with all issues within less than 2 hours. Same day and fast appointment won’t be frequently possible and I’m fully aware of that but I appreciated their effort after I told them the nightmare facility I had come from.
After making the one phone call with the warranty provider, the gentleman discovered I wouldn’t have been covered for everything that was being discussed and promised to me anyways from Corky.
At Subaru Jacksonville I was met with professionalism. I felt like I was going to be taken care of and respected. That was what mattered to me. Said professionalism and respect was not characteristic of the Orange Park location.
Please respect your customers and do better.

Owning a 2021 Subaru Outback Touring XT was wonderful. After our warranty ended and 82,000 miles we came to trade up left without a trade however, Mitch Couch, Finance and Lindsey Browning,Sales made a trade up possible after meeting a few months later. Their knowledge, professionalism, personalities and common sense approach help us decide to buy a 2025 Subaru Outback Touring XT, our favorite vehicle. Thanks to them we have a great deal and we feel good about our experience. I would highly recommend taking time to look at a Subaru and ask for our team. BTW Service Department has always taken care of our vehicles very well.

I just purchased by second Subaru from Hanania Subaru. The main reason is Ian Rossby! He is the best, most honest when it comes to selling a vehicle. I used to hate dealing with vehicle sales people. Then I met Ian in 2021 when I purchased my first Subaru Ascent Touring. When I had a bad accident in October this year and my vehicle was totaled, I only wanted to deal with Ian Rossby at Hanania Subaru. He is the best! My first Ascent was damaged badly and totaled by my insurance company, I was injured and transported to OPMC trauma center. I still have some residual issues, however, my Subaru kept this accident from being worse than it could have been. I don't want any other vehicle but a Subaru. In 2022 we purchased another Subaru. We are a two Subie family! Thank you Ian Rossby!

Edited to add: I wasted so much time here because no one told me that they couldn’t actually diagnose my car because it’s a Nissan. Which is fine, tell me that when I schedule my appointment, though, NOT after scheduling, visiting, REscheduling, and THEN returning AGAIN. Then, when I was 20 minutes late for work after my second appointment, someone told me that I had to go to a Nissan dealership. Seems like whoever is answering the phones needs some additional training.
I went for my second free oil change yesterday. When I went for my first, I was told they couldn't rotate my tires because my lug nuts are locked and they didn't have a key. Later I found the key in the glove box with the manual. So I let them know this yesterday and they didn't see it, so they ordered a key for my car... even though it was in my glove box lol. Also when I scheduled my appointment I told the technician that I needed my passenger door lock and front end collision sensors looked at. When I came on Saturday for my service, I was told that they're only partially staffed for Saturdays and wouldn't be able to look at the door and sensor, I needed to book an appointment for during the week. I really, really would have preferred to have had that information relayed to me when I was scheduling. Now I have to go back again, so I am taking 1 star off for that. Other than that, Josh Stodel was incredibly kind and helpful! The service was quick and easy, the customer service is great, and I'll probably keep coming back even though I don't have any more complimentary oil changes!
