He was very knowledgeable about the make, model, and new operational aspects of the INFINITI. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted however, I knew what I did not want. He asked me a few questions. Then he looked up an SUV that met what I was looking for. Visiting three other top dealerships were on my list that day, but after the wonderful experience with all of the sales managers, I was happy that I came there first.
