    I purchased a used vehicle from Hanania Infiniti on 10/14/25. I told the salesman if we agree on a price I would go to the Credit Union, get the money out of my account and bring a cashier's check back along the Title. I thought the salesman's Manager was arrogant, dishonest, and inappropriate. He tried to completely cheat me for my trade in. Said he would salvage it. I let him know that I looked on Kelly Blue Book and knew how much my car was still worth. He did go up on the amount but I should have left. When we did paperwork I asked him for my Title. I just paid for the car. He said I would need to go to the Tax Collectors Office. He refused to give me a copy too. Long story short, HANANIA INFINITE PUT A LEIN ON MY CAR. The title was sent to my Credit Union who contacted me stating there was no account for them financing my car. I made several trips to the Tax Collectors Office. They kept telling me I would need to get the title from the Dealership. I called them multiple times. They never told ne what they had done. The stress and the intentional lies just shows how dishonest and treacherous this Dealership is!! My Credit Union notified the State of Florida. Let them know there was not a lien on that car. My Credit Union was as stunned and appalled as I was. They stated they had NEVER HEARD OF THIS EVER HAPPENING BEFORE! It has been 40 days since the purchase. I still don't have my title yet. But I know without Navy Federal I still would not know what they had done. I intend to make a complaint about Hanania Infinite and intend to get advice from an Attorney. I would not recommend using HANANIA to anyone. Even Mark HANANIA REFUSED to return my calls after I left him several messages. The Salesman there are arrogant, ruthless, dishonest and appalling in my opinion. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED A CAR!!

    The reps or whoever keeps calling me is rude every time. The general manager offered me a 126k mile 2012 car for 13k, then advised me to not put down a down payment, keep my trade in cash, and have higher monthly payments instead like as if I were born yesterday. They own most of the car dealerships on Blanding, don’t waste your time on them. They all did the same thing.

    The worst service experience ever. I'm literally going to drive to daytona to have my car serviced. I really enjoyed having my 2014 jx35 serviced at this location and now I have a 2019 QX80. I brought my car in for service one morning and by cob, my car still hadn't been looked at. I was told to come back in the morning. They use to come tell you what maintenance is required, what maintenance is covered and what is not covered under warranty.. which helps when making your decision if its something you can take care of on your own and or if your going to require a mecanic. They use to lookout If you were getting your car already serviced and you brought wiper blades, you didn't pay for the labor as you shouldn't for a 5 min swap out. FB on line forum says to take my car to daytona infiniti for great service. There is another infinity in jacksonville but they also have terrible reviews. I guess when your use to a certain level of trust, and a sense of appreciation you feel better when making necessary costly repairs. They treat you as if you have no choice but to put up with them because some issues HAVE to be repaired by a certified infiniti technician. I dont feel the distinction of a luxury car dealership from a local mom and pop dealership. So, daytona it is.

    We had an excellent car-buying experience at Hanania Infiniti over the weekend! We’d been shopping for several weeks—both in person and online—and I’d been narrowing in on a Nissan Armada. Unfortunately, my experiences with Nissan dealerships, both local and out of town, weren’t great. On a whim, we decided to stop by Hanania Infiniti to check out the QX80 and see if there were any incentives that might fit our needs and budget. Right away, we were greeted in the parking lot by Mark, the GM, who introduced us to Shaheem, our salesperson. Shaheem was incredibly knowledgeable about the QX80 and just an all-around genuine, nice guy—he made the experience easy and enjoyable. Car buying isn’t usually fun, but he made it surprisingly pleasant, and we truly enjoyed chatting with him throughout the day. We came in with a specific list of wants (colors, options, etc.) and some financial considerations, and Mark listened carefully to everything. He’s knowledgeable, sharp, and confident—never searching for words. He was patient, thoughtful, and had a solution for every question we raised. In the end, he gave us an impressive offer on both our trade-in and the new vehicle—one I truly don’t think we could’ve beaten anywhere else. Mark also has a great sense of timing—he reads the room well, gives clients space to think, and creates an environment where you can process decisions without pressure. That alone made the experience stand out. We drove away feeling completely comfortable with our decision and confident we’d gotten the best value possible for a car that is pretty amazing. The day wrapped up in finance, where the gentleman we worked with was equally personable and professional—even after a long workday. They truly have a great team at this dealership. Every step of the process was impressive, and I can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve had in 25 years. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Hanania Infiniti if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!

    I dropped off my car here 2 weeks ago for a turbo change. they told me they had the parts on hand so the repair would be quicker than expected. Then i called on the day they were supposed to have the work done and they told me that an emergency came up wth another car and that i would have to wait two days. Then i said ok and waited 2 more days when i called again they told me that there was another emergency with another vehicle and that they would have the car ready asap. I asked how long i would wait and they said next weds. So i called wednesday and they still have not started working on my vehicle. I told them that i needed the car badly to get to work. They said they understand and offered me a loaner vehicle. I accepted the offer and they said they would deliver it to me on friday morning. On friday morning i called and they said they didnt have any loaner cars to give me and over the course of the day today. They have pushed out my loaber car all the way to next monday. I dont expect to actually get a loaner car at this point and just want them to finish the work and give me my car back. But im sure that will take another week. If they tell you they will do something get it in writing. And then cross your fingers. Ill never get my car serviced here again.
